In H1 2017, total investment volume stood at £4.1bn, Townsend House, Greycoat Place, SW1 Buckingham Court, 75-83 Buckingham Gate, SW1 110 Tottenham Court Road, W1 Craven House, 121 Kingsway, WC2 which is 5% up on the five-year quarterly average. During Q2 2017, the West End saw £1.7 billion transacted, 30% up on the corresponding period last year.

Victoria remains one of the West End’s most sought after submarkets, with relative capital value and rental growth still achievable compared with other nearby opportunities.
