Panda Hotel YinYue’s Culinary Team Receives Gold Awards

Being selected as Michelin Guide Recommended Chinese Restaurant for three consecutive years, YinYue continues the glory and received the prestigious awards at International Culinary Classic 2017. The Chinese Executive Chef, Quentin Leung Yiu Kei won the Gold Award in the “Organic Whole Chicken Competition” while Chef Choi Man Fai won the Gold Award in the “Creative Appetiser Competition”.

About Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2017 The biennial culinary competition “Hong Kong International Culinary Classic 2017” took place on 8-11 May this year. This reputed event is one of the largest culinary competitions in Asia, which is endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies and co-organised by the Hong Kong Chefs Associations. It aims at promoting culinary excellence and skills of Chefs and Apprentices from close and far.
