CALL TO ORDER, WELCOME, and INTRODUCTIONS: The House of Delegates meeting came to order at 10:25am at Lehman College APEX in the Bronx. The list of Clubs in attendance is at the Metro office. John McIlhargy welcomed everyone in attendance at the meeting. 2. ACCEPTANCE/CORRECTIONS OF MINUTES: A motion to accept the minutes of the May 18, 2016 House of Delegates was made, seconded and approved by all. Vote by acclamation – all in favor of accepting the minutes as posted - Motion carries. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Mac gave an explanation of what constitute the Consent Agenda. A motion to approve the Agenda of the September 17, 2016 House of Delegates as presented was made, seconded and approved by all. Vote by acclamation – all in favor - Motion carries. 4.
