The Silver School of Social Work at New York University provides a rich environment for the education of professional social workers, offering undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degree programs, and continuing professional training.

Hyman J. Weiner Our DSW program in clinical social work 1975 - 1978 prepares licensed social workers for leadership roles in academic and agency settings. Building Shirley M. Ehrenkranz 1978 - 1994 on the school’s recognized excellence and history in clinical training, the DSW program Eleanore Z. Korman (acting) enhances students’ clinical knowledge as it 1994 - 1996 pertains to advances in theoretical and practice Thomas Meenaghan models, clinical research, and policies that 1996 - 2001 directly impact practice. Suzanne England 2001 - 2009 Since it was founded in 1960, NYU Silver has provided rigorous training to more than 20,000 Lynn Videka 2009 - 2016 social work practitioners and leaders in every area of the field.
