Yuexiu REIT was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“Stock Exchange”) on 21 December 2005 (“Listing Date”). Yuexiu REIT’s property portfolio (“Properties”) consists of five commercial properties located in Guangzhou, one commercial property located in Shanghai, one commercial property located in Wuhan and one commercial property located in Hangzhou. -
