ROLES OF CADRE LEADERS Chair and Vice Chair The trustee chair-elect appoints a Cadre chair and vice chair to serve as consultants to the Stewardship Committee of the Board of Trustees. Their key responsibilities include:  Training and supporting Cadre leaders  Reviewing Cadre assignments  Ensuring the quality and consistency of Cadre evaluations

Technical Coordinators The trustee chair-elect appoints three technical coordinators for each area of focus and financial auditing. These technical coordinators have extensive technical and project development experience, as well as strong familiarity with the Cadre and Foundation programs. They serve as leaders and mentors to Cadre members and consult with Foundation staff as needed on projects within their areas of expertise. Their key responsibilities include:  Providing technical expertise to enhance project quality  Completing complicated or sensitive assignments  Serving as a resource available to consult with Rotary members who are planning grants, Cadre members, and Rotary staff  Recruiting Cadre members from targeted recruitment areas  Identifying project trends and concerns and providing recommendations and best practices to stewardship staff

Regional Organizers Regional organizers are appointed by the Cadre chair to build relationships between the Cadre and club, district, and regional leaders and look for opportunities to use the expertise of Cadre members by:  Adding Cadre members to district resource networks  Integrating Cadre members into district grant review and approval processes

 Inviting Cadre members to serve as trainers at regional and district events, such as Rotary institutes and grant management seminars.

Cadre Leader Bios

Marcelo Haick - Chair Brazil [email protected] Marcelo Demétrio Haick is president of Sologic South America, a division of a global company that provides root cause analysis methods, technology, and expertise to help companies reduce risk and solve problems. Marcelo performs investigations and manages the company’s training and consulting services throughout South America. He graduated from Santos Medical College in 1982 with a focus in occupational medicine. His professional background includes environmental, health, and safety management systems; strategic planning; and ergonomics consulting. A Rotarian since 1991, Marcelo has served in many roles, including End Polio Now coordinator, PolioPlus national advocacy adviser, and vice chair of the Cadre of Technical Advisers. He has also served as district governor, a committee member, and a training leader. As a Cadre member, Marcelo contributed to the development of the Cadre’s Long-Term Plan, and he has conducted site visits for disease prevention and treatment projects and asssessments for Rotary’s grant model evaluation. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.

Carolyn Johnson – Vice Chair USA cfj2@@mac.com Carolyn Johnson is a member of the Rotary Club of Yarmouth, Maine, USA, and served as governor of District 7780 in 2013-14. She is the vice chair of the Cadre of Technical Advisers and the chair of the Basic Education and Literacy Rotary Action Group. She is also an adviser to The Rotary Foundation’s WASH in Schools program.

Carolyn is an educator with more than 30 years’ experience as a teacher, administrator, and education consultant. She was selected as a Maine Distinguished Educator. Carolyn is the founder of the Culture of Reading Program (CORP), the early literacy component of the Guatemala Literacy Project, and is chair of the board of Safe Passage, an organization that uses education programs to support families who live in the neighborhood of the Guatemala City dump. In 2008, Carolyn was honored to receive Rotary’s Service Above Self Award. Carolyn and her husband, Past District Governor Peter Johnson, are Rotary Foundation Major Donors. They live in Yarmouth. Simona Pinton, Technical Coordinator- Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Italy [email protected]

Simona Pinton, of the Rotary Club of Padova Euganea, Italy, is a senior research fellow in international law and human rights at the University of Venice. She holds a PhD in international law from the University of Padua. Simona was a Rotary Peace Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Master of Laws in international law and peacebuilding. She served on the prosecutorial team for the UN Tribunal for Rwandan

Genocide and practiced with the law firm of Grimaldi & Clifford Chance in Padua. An expert in electoral observation, she has participated in missions with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the European Union. Simona also serves as the regional organizer for Central Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa. She is fluent in Italian and English.

William Timpson, Technical Coordinator- Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention USA [email protected]

William M. Timpson is emeritus professor at the School of Education at Colorado State University. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in American history from Harvard University, he taught in the inner city of Cleveland, Ohio, before completing his PhD in educational psychology at the University of Wisconsin—Madison. His career has focused on teaching complex and difficult topics, in particular, peace and reconciliation, sustainability, and diversity. Along with numerous articles, chapters, and grants, he has written or co-authored 19 books. He served as a Fulbright specialist in peace and reconciliation studies at the University of Ulster’s UNESCO Centre in Northern Ireland in 2006, and again in 2011 at the University of Ngozi in Burundi, where he continues to work with Rotary Foundation global grants to promote sustainable peacebuilding. In 2014, he also served as a Fulbright teaching scholar at Kyung Hee University’s Graduate Institute of Peace Studies in South Korea.

Charles Allen, Technical Coordinator- Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Australia [email protected]

Charles Allen, of the Rotary Club of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, is currently his club’s vice president. He is the director of partnerships at the Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP), a strategic partner of Rotary International. The IEP Positive Peace framework has been adopted by Rotary and the Rotary Peace Centers and forms the basis of the Rotary Positive Peace Academy. Charles was a Rotary Peace Fellow at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand in 2010. He holds a master’s degree in leadership and has studied human rights and peace and conflict resolution. He has 35 years’ experience in policing with Victoria police in Australia, where he led reform and embraced community engagement. He is well respected among peacebuilders for his pioneering work in resilience and equally respected within policing for his community-centered approach to police management. He was recently awarded the Australian Police Medal, a Division of the Order of Australia. He is a Paul Harris Fellow.

Noel Q. Alidio, Technical Coordinator- Disease Prevention and Treatment Philippines [email protected]

Dr. Noel Q. Alidio, of the Rotary Club of San Pablo City, Laguna, Philippines, has nearly 30 years of experience as a family physician. His medical interests include immunization programs, asthma control, diabetes, hypertension, tuberculosis, and dengue prevention. A Rotarian for more than 25 years, he has served as club president, club Foundation chair, assistant governor, PETS chair, and district grants subcommittee chair. He has served as the primary contact for more than 20 grant projects funded by The Rotary Foundation. As a Cadre member, Noel has completed two technical reviews and three site visit evaluations and has attended four Cadre training meetings. He also serves as the regional organizer for the South Pacific. He is fluent in English and Tagalog.

Patricia Minaya Flores, Technical Coordinator- Disease Prevention and Treatment France [email protected] Dr. Patricia Minaya Flores, of the Rotary Club of Meaux, Seine-et-Marne, France, is a public health professional with an evaluation background. She works as an evaluator in the Health Technology Assessment department of the French National Authority for Health. She was born in Peru, where she obtained a diploma in dentistry. She then earned a master’s degree in health systems analysis methods and a doctorate in clinical research and public health. She is committed to sharing her skills and experience to solve global challenges and help Rotarians around the world build sustainable and efficient projects. She believes that through monitoring and evaluation, Rotarian projects that provide sanitation infrastructure, improve access to essential health services, promote health and health behavior changes, and equip health facilities will prove their success and global impact. A Cadre member since 2011, Patricia has completed two technical reviews and three site visits and has contributed to Rotary’s grant model evaluation. She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.

Andrew Wong, Technical Coordinator- Disease Prevention and Treatment Japan [email protected] Dr. Andrew C.W. Wong, of the Rotary Club of Tokyo Sunrise Shiodome, Tokyo, Japan, is a plastic surgeon and medical immuno-oncologist. He specializes in stem cell regeneration medicine, which he hopes will someday help postpolio syndrome patients stand and walk again. Andy joined Rotary in 1989, and since then he has worked with Rotarians on more than 550 Rotary grant projects and traveled to more than 70 countries, initiating, inspecting, auditing, and working on humanitarian projects. He received the Service Above Self Award in 1998, is a Major Donor and a member of the Bequest Society, and has served as club president. A Cadre member for more than 10 years, he has completed a number of technical reviews and site visits. He is fluent in English, Japanese, and Mandarin.

G. Viviana Santa Cruz Mérida, Technical Coordinator- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Bolivia [email protected] G. Viviana Santa Cruz Mérida, of the Rotary Club of Cochabamba-Tunari, Cochabamba, Bolivia, graduated from Universidad Mayor de San Simón in 2011 with a degree in civil engineering, specializing in water and sanitation. She completed postgraduate courses in civil works supervision, social management of community development, and environmental management systems (ISO 14001), among others. Viviana serves on her club’s service committee and coordinates global grants and has experience in the design, execution, and supervision of potable water projects and basic sanitation and irrigation systems. She has worked in impoverished and urban- rural communities in Bolivia, prioritizing sustainable management. Dedicated to service, she has been a member of animal rescue organizations, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, and participated in training on climate change.

Fredrick Muyodi, Technical Coordinator- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Uganda [email protected] Fredrick Muyodi, of the Rotary Club of Makerere Rainbow Kampala, Uganda, is a professor of water resources management and environmental health and is currently deputy principal of the College of Natural Sciences at Makerere University. He holds a master’s degree in wastewater treatment and environmental health, a doctorate in water resources management, and a certificate in integrated and adaptive water resources planning, management, and governance. He has taught undergraduate and graduate students and coordinated water projects at the national and regional level, including the Lake Victoria Environmental Management project. A Cadre member since 2015, he has completed technical reviews and four site visit evaluations of water, sanitation, and hygiene projects for water harvesting, dam construction, and sanitary facilities development. Fredrick contributed to the evaluation of the Rotary-USAID water and sanitation project in Ghana. He is fluent in English and Swahili. Christopher Forster, Technical Coordinator- Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Sierra Leone [email protected] District Governor Christopher Forster, of the Rotary Club of Freetown, Sierra Leone, is a civil engineer. He has worked in consulting engineering, oil marketing, estate management, project management, clothing production, and procurement services. He has acquired this experience over more than 35 years in West Africa and Switzerland. Christo worked for 12 years in engineering and procurement for a major international oil company, seven years of which he spent in charge of safety. Then he did procurement and marketing for a UK-based international procurement company for 13 years and managed a US$4.5 million investment and construction program for two years. Since then he has done estate and facilities management and school and office uniform production. A Cadre member since 2014, Christo has carried out one desk review and six site visits covering boreholes, microflush toilets, toxic water removal, environmental health awareness, vocational training, and microlending related to water, sanitation, and hygiene. He has also attended five Cadre training sessions. Christo is fluent in English and has a moderate level of French and basic German. Balkrishna Inamdar, Technical Coordinator- Maternal and Child Health India [email protected]

Dr. Balkrishna M. Inamdar, of the Rotary Club of Mumbai West Coast, Maharashtra, India, is a gynecologist with nearly four decades of experience in maternal and child health. He serves as a certified trainer for the Maharashtra Medical Council and is especially interested in reducing maternal mortality and in pediatric heart surgeries. He has served as district governor and on grant committees for numerous projects totaling more than $500,000. Balkrishna has completed two technical reviews and two site visit evaluations and has attended two Cadre training events. He also serves as the Cadre’s regional organizer for South Asia. He is fluent in English and Hindi. Klaus Gerrit Gerdts, Technical Coordinator- Maternal and Child Health Germany [email protected] Dr. Klaus Gerrit Gerdts, of the Rotary Club of -, Germany, is a pediatrician with 40 years of experience at the Great Ormond Street Hospital in London, United Kingdom, and the pediatric hospital at the Hannover Medical School, and as director of emergency care for the county of , Germany. He focuses on pediatric emergency medicine and infectious diseases. As a member of German Rotary Volunteer Doctors, he took part in several missions at hospitals in Africa. He has coordinated eight Matching Grants, three global grants, and several district grants aimed at preventing mother-to-child HIV transmission in Ghana. A Cadre member since 2015, he has assisted The Rotary Foundation with reviews of projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Hungary, Madagascar, and Uganda. Klaus is fluent in Dutch, English, French, and German. Brenda Anena, Technical Coordinator- Maternal and Child Health Uganda [email protected] Dr. Brenda Anena, of the Rotary Club of Kiwatule, Uganda, has 13 years’ experience as a medical doctor. She currently works as a surgeon for Uganda Cancer Institute, a center of excellence in oncology care in East Africa. A Rotarian since 2011 and a Cadre member since 2015, Brenda is passionate about equitable and sustainable health improvement through simple and available technologies. She believes that nobody should die of preventable diseases and that, in order for a child to thrive in life, its mother should be present and healthy. She works to promote early diagnosis of cancers, especially for women and children, and to restore hope to cancer patients and their families. Brenda has assisted The Rotary Foundation in evaluating projects in countries including Kenya, Malawi, South Africa, Indonesia, India, Argentina, Venezuela, and Senegal. She also served as a vocational training team leader as part of a global grant project to establish the first privately owned blood bank in Uganda. Brenda is fluent in English and Luo and also speaks Swahili. Denise Creisson, Technical Coordinator- Basic Education and Literacy England [email protected] Denise Creisson, of the Rotary Club of Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England, is an educator with extensive business development experience and a specialist in organizational leadership and change. She is an international strategy consultant and corporate trainer and has been involved in executive development programs in the United Kingdom. Denise has served in leadership positions in corporate London, and in academia as a senior lecturer and academic integrity officer at European universities and has trained faculty members in Asia. A graduate of the Leadership Foundation: Aurora (UK) and a fellow of the Higher Education Authority in the UK, she focuses her research on entrepreneurship, innovation, and change management to improve effectiveness and explore evidence-based solutions. Denise grew up in sub-Saharan Africa, spent more than two decades in Europe, and now lives in Asia, giving her extensive cross-cultural experience. Denise has been a member of the Cadre since 2013. She has conducted research as part of a leadership program at the University of Oxford, England, in the dynamics of service and membership organizations, with Rotary as a focus.

Sophie Bamwoyeraki, Technical Coordinator- Basic Education and Literacy Uganda [email protected] Sophie Bamwoyeraki, of the Rotary Club of Kasangati, Uganda, is an educator with 35 years of experience, a teacher of International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and A-level English and literature, and the author of educational resources for both primary and secondary schools. She has also served as a teacher mentor, a trainer at her district’s leadership institute, and a member of the board of the Basic Education and Literacy Rotary Action Group. She is currently working as head of secondary education at The North Green School in Kampala. Sophie holds a Master of Education degree and is completing her PhD in language education, focusing on assessment. A Cadre member since 2015, she has completed technical reviews and site visits. She has coordinated global grants at the club level as a primary contact and has trained clubs in handling global grants. She is an ardent advocate for better education. Sophie is fluent in English and Swahili.

Viveca Serder, Technical Coordinator- Basic Education and Literacy Sweden [email protected] Past District Governor Viveca Serder, of the Rotary Club of Malmö-Möllevången, Sweden, has worked on quality issues in education at all levels from preschool to university over the last 30 years. She has worked as a teacher, principal, and managing director for education departments. She has also worked at Malmö University as a quality coordinator and as head of one of the units of the Swedish Schools Inspectorate in Lund. In her professional work, Viveca has conducted more than a hundred quality evaluations. During her work at the Swedish Schools Inspectorate, she led a baseline study of the quality of the Cambodian education system for the Swedish International Development Agency and Cambodia’s Ministry of Education and Sports. Viveca has been a Rotarian since 1997, and she has served on District 2390’s Rotary Foundation committee since 2007 and chaired it since 2018. Viveca has been member of the Cadre since 2016 and has completed four technical reviews and four site visit evaluations and attended two Cadre training seminars. Viveca speaks Swedish and English. Juliana Corredor González, Technical Coordinator- Community Economic Development Colombia [email protected]

Juliana Corredor González, of the Rotary E-Club of Latinoamérica, Quintana Roo, Mexico, lives in her native Colombia. She is an industrial engineer who specializes in marketing management and is an expert in microfinance and entrepreneurship. She is the executive director of a nonprofit organization in Colombia that supports vulnerable communities, especially female heads of household, in creating their own businesses. She strongly believes that all people have the right and the power to achieve their goals and is happy to help them in this by being a Cadre technical coordinator. Juliana also serves as the regional organizer for Central and South America. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Candace Bangura, Technical Coordinator- Community Economic Development New Zealand [email protected]

Candace Bangura, of the Rotary Club of Invercargill NRG, Southland, New Zealand, is a community development professional who is passionate about building connectedness between people at the grass roots level and tapping into the strengths and abilities of community members. She served as a community organizer in Yaguarón, Paraguay, as a Peace Corps volunteer and in LaSalle, Illinois, USA, as a Peace Corps fellow. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in politics and government/community development. Candace is a former Rotary employee; she served as the community economic development area of focus manager and in other grant-related roles. She was the executive director at a refugee resettlement agency in Chicago and is currently the director of a youth development organization in Invercargill. She is fluent in English and speaks conversational Spanish.

Wally Gardiner, Technical Coordinator- Community Economic Development Canada [email protected] Wally Gardiner is past president of the Rotary Club of High River, Alberta, Canada, and holds degrees in education and Spanish, as well as several technical certifications. He was CEO of Gardiner Computer Consulting Inc. and has worked in technical education, technical writing, and small business development, and as a magazine author, curriculum development specialist, technical implementation strategist, and conference speaker. He is the communications director for the Rotary Action Group for Community Economic Development and has been involved with a number of microfinance and economic development projects over the past 15 years. As a Cadre member, he has worked primarily in Mexico and in Central and South America, reviewing and mentoring projects in several areas of focus. Wally volunteers frequently as an ESL tutor. He is also active in Amateur Radio Emergency Service as a communications logistics specialist in digital and voice radio systems and is trained in Incident Command System (ICS). He is vice president of Ireri-Mexican, Latino & Cross Cultural Society and a past president of the Foothills Amateur Radio Society and member of the Rotary Fellowship Rotarians of Amateur Radio. He is a passionate supporter of the fight to eliminate poverty in the world and empowering people through community economic development. Wally is fluent in English and Spanish.

Jay Colingham, Technical Coordinator-Environment United States [email protected]

Jay Colingham, of the Rotary Club of Boulder Flatirons, Colorado, USA, is a supervisory biological scientist and a Lean Six Sigma facilitator at the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). In this role, he oversees research laboratories and operations for USGS in Boulder, Colorado, at the University of Colorado. Past roles include research scientist and environmental project manager at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and several nonprofit organizations. He has experience overseeing federal environmental grant programs for nonprofits and tribes, states, and local governments, as well as other federal agencies. His work includes design- build environmental projects that address water, soil, air, native species, and endangered species. He aims for solutions that are inclusive of cultural values, beliefs and traditions. He has worked in more than a dozen countries but has spent the most time in the United States, Tajikistan, Bolivia, and Honduras supporting the development and implementation of public health projects. Jay graduated from Tulane University School of Public Health in New Orleans, USA, with a Master of Public Health, with emphasis in international development and WASH. He completed a Bachelor of Science in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington, USA. Jay is serving as club president in 2021-22. He also serves the Foundation as a Cadre member in the environment, disease prevention and treatment, basic education and literacy, and water, sanitation, and hygiene areas of focus. He is also an adviser on the Rotary-USAID Hearts of Europe grant program.

Alasdair Macleod, Technical Coordinator-Environment Scotland [email protected]

Alasdair Macleod, of the Rotary Club of Monifieth & District, Scotland, has over 40 years’ experience as a consultant civil, structural, and environmental engineer. Following 20 years with a major international multidisciplinary practice, he became the principal of his own practice, Macleod Consulting. He has also participated in or led the design and environmental assessment of major infrastructure projects (e.g., motorway and trunk roads, rail, power generation); water engineering (long outfalls, dock water management, potable water treatment/distribution, sewers and sewage treatment, coastal and inland flood protection), waste management (landfill, waste-to-energy facilities), and minimizing the environmental impact of projects (mineral extraction, contaminated land investigation and remediation). Alasdair has been a Cadre member since 2015 and has completed technical reviews and interim monitoring of projects in Uganda, Turkey, and Ghana. Recently, he took part in reviewing the guidelines for global grant funding of WASH projects.

Jennifer Scott, Technical Coordinator-Environment Australia [email protected]

Past District Governor Jennifer Scott is a member of the Rotary Club of Central Blue Mountains, New South Wales, Australia. She is passionate about peacebuilding and ecological sustainability. Jennifer has practiced as a lawyer since 1981, specializing in environmental and planning law. After earning undergraduate degrees in arts and law, she completed a master’s degree in local government and environmental law and another in dispute resolution. She is also an arbitrator and nationally accredited mediator and offers mediation and communication training and conflict coaching. She served as an adviser to the Australian Commonwealth Minister for the Environment on climate change and pollution issues. Since 2005, Jennifer has focused on facilitation and dispute resolution for private and governmental organizations and courts and tribunals. Jennifer is also involved in several nonprofit organizations. She is the chair of Varuna, the National Writers’ House, and is on the board of Sustainable Cambodia. Together with her husband, Ian, she has led volunteers to Pursat in Cambodia. She has also led a vocational training team to Mongolia to train judges and social workers in family mediation and conflict management. Utsav Doshi, Technical Coordinator- Financial Auditing India [email protected] Utsav Rajiv Doshi, of the Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown, Gujarat, India, is a practicing chartered accountant. He has more than 12 years of experience and is qualified with national honors. He has worked with an investment bank in London and has conducted several due diligence and audit assignments in the United Kingdom and the United States. He is a qualified fraud detector from India and is certified by the U.S.-based Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is currently the managing partner of R K Doshi & Co LLP, where he manages the international tax and forensic investigations practice. A Cadre member since 2015, Utsav has completed seven audit assignments of global grants in South Asia and is fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati.

Marcelo Frangiosa, Technical Coordinator- Financial Auditing Argentina [email protected] Marcelo Enrique Frangiosa, of the Rotary Club of El Palomar, Buenos Aires, Argentina, is a certified public accountant with 28 years of experience. He previously worked at the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (the Argentine tax authority) as a tax auditor and currently is a consultant who advises companies on taxes, human resources, and auditing. A Cadre member since 2001, Marcelo has carried out more than 20 financial audits in 10 countries for projects that totaled more than $4 million. Marcelo is the co-founder and past president of the Rotarians for the Advancement of Latin Culture Fellowship, a member of the Water and Sanitation Rotarian Action Group, and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian.

Peter H.G. Cheng, Technical Coordinator- Financial Auditing Taiwan [email protected]

Peter H.G. Cheng, of the Rotary Club of Hsinchu North, Taiwan, participated in a humanitarian auditing orientation seminar at Rotary headquarters in 2006 and has since attended seven Cadre training meetings. He accepts assignments from The Rotary Foundation yearly to audit global grant projects in the northern Pacific. Peter, a certified internal auditor, serves stock exchange-listed companies as an independent director because of his experience in auditing, accounting, and corporate governance. Peter wants to promote pre-auditing techniques to help Rotary Foundation officers review grants more efficiently. He also serves as the regional organizer for East and Southeast Asia. He is fluent in Mandarin and English.

Wade Nomura, Regional Organizer USA [email protected] Past District Governor Wade Nomura is the president of a landscape company and holds a degree in ornamental horticulture and is currently serving as the mayor of the city of Carpinteria, California. He is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Carpinteria Morning, California, USA, and served as district governor in 2011-12. He has received the Service Above Self Award and The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service. Wade has taken more than 50 international trips for Rotary, including an NID in India. He has a special passion for PolioPlus, having had polio as a child. He has been involved in more than 20 water and sanitation projects for Rotary in more than 15 countries. Wade has served as district Rotary Foundation chair and Cadre technical coordinator for water, sanitation, and hygiene and community economic development. Wade speaks English and Spanish. Jane Nakato, Regional Organizer, Sub-Saharan Africa Uganda [email protected] Jane Nakato, of the Rotary Club of Kampala-North, Uganda, is the proprietor and director of KinderKare Schools, a group of four kindergartens and one elementary school in Kampala. She has 15 years of experience in early childhood and elementary school education (administration, curriculum development, business development, training, and more). She’s currently a doctoral student at the Rossier School of Education, University of Southern California, USA. Before KinderKare Schools, Jane worked with USAID/Uganda as a program development specialist in the health and education department. Jane has served as club president and in various other Rotary roles. She advises on basic education and literacy and has evaluated several global grant projects. She is currently a faculty member of the Rotary Leadership Institute.
