The chairman of the public hearing was Sri. P. Baburao, IAS, District revenue officer and Joint Collector II, krishna District while the member convener was Sri M. Narayana, Environmental Engineer (FAC), APPCB, Regional office, Vijayawada. 12.1 Advertisement Advertisement for the public hearing was notified in two prominent newspapers namely, Sakshi, a Telugu daily newspaper on 21.11.2018 and The New Indian Express (English), an English newspaper on 21.11.2018 (Copy enclosed in annexure).
