According to one retailer, a notice went out the first few stores which read: "TMNT #1 Full-Color One-Shot Misprint Advisory -- Please note that Mirage Studios’ TMNT #1 Full-color One-shot (SEP090918F) shipped with a printing error. At the request of the publisher, retailers are requested to destroy any copies of the book that they currently have on hand. Replacement copies will ship to retailers on Wednesday, December 2." It is not known how many copies survived, but estimates are in the 100's. I am attaching a scan of my copy of the error edition in the hope that it is helpful. Also, I include below a copy/paste of the CGC Census report showing the regular edition is listed separately from the misprint variant which they show as "error edition" -- as you Member can see there are 3 copies in the census (so this isn't a case of one particular copy having an error specific to just that copy of the book). I do understand that reviewing these requests from members takes time...
