Lighthouse Media is seeking a Full‐time Customer Service Team Member for our Augustine Institute Based Programs. This position is located in Sycamore, IL. Responsible for providing world‐ class customer service and other administrative responsibilities for customers and parishes. Candidate must possess a high attention to detail. In addition, candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills. Customer Service and College Degree preferred. Spanish bi‐lingual a plus.

Augustine Institute Position Description: Customer Service Team Member

Responsibilities

1. Provide customer support via phone calls and email regarding Augustine Institute related products including, but not limited to, taking, fixing and changing orders.

2. Collaborate with Lighthouse Catholic Media Sales Representatives to organize Augustine Institute product placement at conferences around the country.

3. Work with Lighthouse Catholic Media Sales Force to support the sales of the Augustine Institute products.

4. Work with shipping department (when needed) to problem solve order/shipping issues.

5. Maintain Augustine Institute product shipping reports on a daily basis and calculate shipping charges for Lighthouse Catholic Media shipping report.

6. Review Augustine Institute Royalty Report (Accounting Department to create) and prepare Monthly Sales Reports to share with stakeholders within Lighthouse Catholic Media, Augustine Institute, and .

7. Provide important feedback to Augustine Institute and Lighthouse Catholic Media, and Ignatius Press.

8. Assist in preparation of Lighthouse Catholic Media, Augustine Institute, and Ignatius Press Monthly Product Sales Report.

Skills and Qualifications

 Minimum 2‐4 years of professional experience

 College experience and Bi‐lingual (Spanish) a plus

 Self‐motivated and exceptional time management skills

 Ability to prioritize projects according to deadlines and high attention to detail and quality.

 Reliability and proactive in addressing issues with Team Leader.

 Respectful of all co‐workers and excellent communication skills

 Works with Team Leader to establish goals and works collaboratively to achieve results

 Accuracy and confidentiality in working with customer accounts

 Good working knowledge of computer and common office equipment
