Among Us has been a lot more fun since the content creators discovered mods. InnerSloth‘s indie game already has a chaotic meta, and the mods significantly add to it. The community has already seen an Among Us lobby of 100 players, thanks to Mr. Beast and Socksfor1. The next big name to spice things up in the game is Lannan “LazarBeam” Eacott. Article continues below this ad. The Australian YouTuber ‘broke’ Among Us with some mods and amazed his friends with the unusual activities: Article continues below this ad. LazarBeam trolled his friends while playing Among Us. LazarBeam didn’t inform fellow YouTuber Crayator about the mods, and his reactions were a delight to watch. Crayator didn’t expect a fellow crewmate to walk through walls and follow him blatantly. Naturally, he was convinced that brown (Lazar) was the imposter. Following Record-Breaking Among Us Stream, AOC Vows to Return Soon. On the other side, Lazar already knew the imposters and couldn’t care less about the meetings. “These meetings mean nothing to me. My only goal is to make Cray go insane.” Crayator later commented on LazarBeam’s video, “Absolutely terrifying to play with this guy everyone, highly recommend it.” From the looks of it, it seems Lannon accomplished his goal. After Cray, the Australian YouTuber confused his other friends by venting in front of them as a crewmate. He also used a mod that increased his speed, and the imposters couldn’t even catch him. The most exciting part of the video was Lazar’s gameplay as the imposter. He had no kill cooldown and could walk through walls. As a result, he just sabotaged the reactor and killed everyone who entered. Mods are fun, but only try them with friends. Article continues below this ad. LazarBeam certainly had a good time as he won continuous games with the mods. But the YouTuber also requested his fans to use such mods only with their friends. Among Us has a very simple interface that makes it easy to change the game meta. Owing to this, content creators around the world try innovative ideas and make the game more fun. However, some people use mods in public lobbies and this has affected the game severely. Is Among Us the Reason Behind the Downfall of Fall Guys? Article continues below this ad. As for now, Among Us is still one of the most-watched games on the internet and the developers look forward to continuing the momentum. With an upcoming update, they are certain to remove hackers from the game and restore the community’s interest. LazarBeam’s Hilarious Guide to Winning in Among Us. With the rising popularity of Among Us people are finding out new ways to get better at the game. Additionally, with the game’s comical nature, a lot of these strategies are so hilarious that no one suspects the players. Moreover, they always make for a good laugh once the players are fooled by the strategies. YouTubers are milking this idea for content and adopting funny strategies to win games. Article continues below this ad. In a recent video uploaded on his channel, YouTuber LazarBeam shows a few tricks that impostors can use to troll the crewmates while also ensuring a win. One word defense in Among Us. Article continues below this ad. Lazar starts off the video by showing off his first trick. The gang had been playing a challenge where they could only speak a single word all game to defend themselves. Although they were finished with that challenge, Lazar thought it would be interesting to see if he could get away with it when he’s the only one doing it. Therefore, he went around killing crewmates and using the basic strategies to remain under the covers. As soon as someone reported a body, he would start saying the word ‘interesting’ repeatedly. Even though people thought he was being really annoying, they didn’t suspect him for the kills until it was too late. Eventually, both the imposters killed the remaining crewmates and emerged victorious. Article continues below this ad. Pretending to Hide in Electrical and Check Vents Keeps One in the Clear. The other trick in his bag was to pretend to be a crewmate. Yes, that is what every impostor is supposed to, but this time he didn’t pretend to do tasks or solve sabotages. Instead, for a few rounds, while he was a crewmate, Lazar stood behind the wiring in electrical. His excuse was that he was trying to catch impostors while they travel using vents. The fact that he succeeded at the trick helped him set up the grand finale. As the players entered the round, he knew he was the impostor. He ran directly to electrical and took his place. From then on, he kept sabotaging the lights to lure his victims. As soon as a crewmate entered the room alone he pounced at him to end his life. He accused his co-imposter in an early-round to keep the suspicion as far away from himself as possible. He carried out the facade long enough and played the game smartly and patiently till the bodies kept piling up. Eventually, it was down to three people and he got the last kill to end the round with a victory. Article continues below this ad. While both these tactics proved useful to Lazar, one has to keep in mind that he used them only after establishing his behavior to be the norm. These aren’t the tactics players can use right away as the weird behaviour would raise suspicion. However, players can definitely use them if they are playing a set of games. They just have to hope that none of the crewmates has had access to Lazar’s video or they are in for some trouble. Lazarbeam literally breaks Among Us with mods. We know that mods (modifications) can be detrimental to a game, but here's what Lazarbeam did to his friends in an Among Us lobby with mods enabled. Among Us is a nice social deduction game that you can enjoy with your friends while sitting back at home. While the usage of mods in a public lobby is mostly discouraged, you could definitely enjoy it with your friends in a private lobby. It's fun to troll friends once in a while in Among Us by using these mods. How to break Among Us Lazarbeam style? Lazarbeam is a popular Australian YouTuber, streaming all kinds of games from Among Us to Fortnite. In a recent stream with his friends, he played a modded version of Among Us in a private lobby. These mods allowed him to move through walls in the game, which pretty much did confuse Crayator in the very beginning. As the game continued progressing, Lazarbeam continued moving through walls like a ghost, reaching task areas faster than the others. Initially, the players blamed it on the lag, but later on, when he started venting despite being a crewmate, the rest of the players started being a bit sus about Lazarbeam and his activities in the game. The mods granted him the information of who the impostors were at the very beginning. Being a nice sport, he did not spoil the game for the others and kept playing along. Only at the end, when there was just one impostor was remaining in their Among Us game, Lazarbeam started running around the map at high speed and even teleported to one part of the map. Image Credits: InnerSloth Studios. As an impostor, the mods gave Lazarbeam more powers like removing the kill cooldown completely, allowing him to perform instant kills, along with moving through walls. The video overall was very funny. Check it out for yourself. While mods are fun to play with once in a while, they can definitely be detrimental to the entire gaming experience that non-mod users face. It's okay to use them in a private server while just playing with friends, but it is not okay to do so in a public setting where random strangers are playing with you. LazarBeam Suggests a ‘Chaotic’ Change to Make Among Us More Interesting. Lannan ‘LazarBeam’ Eacott is crazy over Among Us and would go to any lengths to make the game more interesting. True to his nature, he keeps on trying tricks or memes while playing with his friends to have a hilarious experience for himself as well as his viewers. However, since the game doesn’t offer much yet in terms of versatility, players need to come up with their own unique ideas. Article continues below this ad. Lazar feels that the game is too sweaty, making it really difficult for impostors to win. While the game doesn’t help much in terms of solving this problem, Lazar thinks a secret third impostor can change the game completely. Even though the game offers an option for players to have 3 impostors in a game, it makes the game lopsided. However, Lannan has figured out a way around this. ‘Chaotic’ third impostor in Among Us. Article continues below this ad. The most popular version of the game is a full lobby with 2 imposters. Players feel that this is a lot more balanced and entertaining. Lannan, on the other hand, thinks this can be made even more interesting without ruining the balance of the game. He plans to utilize the ‘third Impostor’ for this.

  • Youtube Marketing: Legality of Sponsorship and Endorsement in Advertising Katrina Wu, University of San Diego
From the SelectedWorks of Katrina Wu Spring 2016 YouTube Marketing: Legality of Sponsorship and Endorsement in Advertising Katrina Wu, University of San Diego Available at: http://works.bepress.com/katrina_wu/2/ YOUTUBE MARKETING: LEGALITY OF SPONSORSHIP AND ENDORSEMENTS IN ADVERTISING Katrina Wua1 Abstract YouTube endorsement marketing, sometimes referred to as native advertising, is a form of marketing where advertisements are seamlessly incorporated into the video content unlike traditional commercials. This paper categorizes YouTube endorsement marketing into three forms: (1) direct sponsorship where the content creator partners with the sponsor to create videos, (2) affiliated links where the content creator gets a commission resulting from purchases attributable to the content creator, and (3) free product sampling where products are sent to content creators for free to be featured in a video. Examples in each of the three forms of YouTube marketing can be observed across virtually all genres of video, such as beauty/fashion, gaming, culinary, and comedy. There are four major stakeholder interests at play—the YouTube content creators, viewers, YouTube, and the companies—and a close examination upon the interplay of these interests supports this paper’s argument that YouTube marketing is trending and effective but urgently needs transparency. The effectiveness of YouTube marketing is demonstrated through a hypothetical example in the paper involving a cosmetics company providing free product sampling for a YouTube content creator. Calculations in the hypothetical example show impressive return on investment for such marketing maneuver. Companies and YouTube content creators are subject to disclosure requirements under Federal law if the content is an endorsement as defined by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”).

  • Among Us: the Example of Current Digital Influencers’ Impact on the Digital Games’ Popularity
The whole situation can be compared to what happens with limited editions of the Nintendo Switch on a regular basis. However while those are highly limited and valuable collectors’ pieces, new consoles suffering from shortages now are just mass-produced machines with no significant long-term value. Yet what about Nintendo and the next gen- eration? While both Microsoft and Sony had a head start, Nintendo does not yet have a horse in this race. And they do not need to. Nintendo consoles have never been about graphical prowess or raw power. They were about fun, gimmicks and experiences. And if Nintendo Switch sales are something to go by, Nintendo can disregard the competition and do all the whacky stuff they can think of. But to be precise, Nintendo did release a brand-new console. • Once There Was Nothing, a Great Chaos of Nothing. Eternal to Itself. Then
1 "Once there was nothing, a great chaos of nothing. Eternal to itself. Then there was Order. Order came from the nothing and created the materium, the physical world. In its quest for control, it created disparity, and from disparity came corruption. With corruption came the immaterium, those non-physical worlds beyond the event horizon. Corruption and Order battled, and broke upon each other for an eternity, forging weapons of immense size and power across the voids of materium and immaterium. Neither could gain foothold over the other. Their very natures empowered them further. Then there was the Third, and the Third was given the first choice, continue along the path of broken futility, or descend. At the cost of oblivion become more. Then there was more, then there was life. The first life broke and shattered at the cost of the Third and the first death, but then came more. Life spread to all corners of existence, to even the depths of space. Those ‘children’ of the Third, no matter how estranged. No matter how suckled upon the blood of first or second. Order fell first, and broke, leaving its scattered ashes across life, giving them the desire for more, faith in something greater and all the pain it causes. Corruption fell slower, and broke into shards, gods in between the cracks of oblivion. Some intent upon seizing the forming existence. Others content to await the day their time would come, as all that is, is doomed to break. Or so it is said. This was the inception of our existence, of which our small universe is only a very small part of.
