The County Council ( of Brentwood) (On Street Parking and Waiting Restrictions) (Amendment No. 26) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above waiting restriction Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: 1. To introduce ‘No Stopping Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm on School Keep Clear Makings’ restrictions on the following length of Roman Road, in the Borough of Brentwood: Road Description Roman Road, SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 7.9 metres south Mountnessing west of the boundary wall of properties 275 & 277 Roman Road, south west for a distance of approximately 31.56 metres.

2. To introduce ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions on the following length of Roman Road, Mountnessing in the Borough of Brentwood: Road Description Roman Road, SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 2.4 metres north east Mountnessing of the boundary wall of properties 281 & 283 Roman Road, south west for a distance of approximately 45.6 metres. NORTH WEST SIDE: From a point level with the south western fence of property 292 Roman Road, north east an approximate distance of 62 metres.

The above revocation will be incorporated in to ‘The Borough of Brentwood (On-Street Parking and Waiting Restrictions) Order No 131’ by substituting Area Code Z30 Rev 3 to Rev 4.
