Chronos Drums, LLC of Fremont, California, unveils evolutionary Element Series, novel, wood shell electronic drums, at NAMM in Anaheim, CA, January 21, 2015.
A company comprised principally of musicians and engineers, recognized that playing all other electronic drums fundamentally lack the tactile feel, response, and performance, of acoustic drums. This experience was non-fulfilling and failed to inspire the artist and audience alike. This is what drove the creation of Chronos Drums!

Made of 100% birch wood and real wood finishes, coupled with Accu-Track trigger technology, triple ply non-acoustic heads, and integrated Zildjian Gen 16 electronic metal cymbals, provide an unequalled playing and performance experience, for any application or venue size.
The Element Series electronic drum shells are made from 6 ply birch wood in 4 rich, high gloss wood grain finishes, triple flanged hoops and chrome lugs. Configurable in 4 through 7 piece kits. Toms are available in 8 inch, 10 inch, and 12 inch shells with Accu-Track single triggers. 12 inch snare with dual Accu-Track triggers for head and rim play. A 14 inch kick bass drum with single Accu-Track trigger employs heavy duty bass drum mounting system with telescopic spurs for stability.
