Itinerary

Day 1: Jakarta – Taipei | Flight Flight recommendations: China Airlines or Eva Air Today you are expected to gather at Soekarno Hatta International Airport to Taipei. Upon arrival in Taipei, you will directly to hotel and rest. Stay at: Green World Zhonghua 3*/similar

Day 2: Taipei – Taichung | National Palace Museum

Today you will be escorted to Taipei for a city tour starting with visiting National Palace Museum, the world's largest collection of priceless Chinese art treasures, one which spans China's nearly 5,000-year history. Then, visit Lungshan Temple the temple was built in Taipei in 1738 by settlers from Fujian during Qing rule in honor of Guanyin. After lunch, you will go to Chiang Kai - Shek Memorial Hall, and then the journey will continue to the city of Taichung to visit Fengjia Night Market. Day 3: Taichung – Sun Moon Lake – Chiayi | Sun Moon Lake

Visit Sun Moon Lake (including the ferry), which is the largest lake in Taiwan and surrounded by very beautiful mountains. Then, visit Wen Wu Temple, a magnificent Confucius temple located north of Sun Moon Lake. You will be escorted to Chiayi City to explore Hinoki Village, there are thematic bookstores, the Mori-market with agricultural products, another market with arts and crafts, wood-structure buildings, and prime quality fruits. Day 4: Chiayi – Alishan – Kaohsiung | Alishan National Park

Today you will be escorted to Alishan Forest Recreation, one of Taiwan's very famous National Parks, where you can enjoy beautiful natural scenery such as Sisters Lakes, and various of unique tree such as Sacred Tree, Three Brother Tree, Four Sister Tree, Golden Pig Tree, Forever One Love and etc. Then you have the opportunity to also try the Alishan Railway. You can also buy souvenirs from Alishan Tea that is typical in the local area. After that, your trip will continue to Kaohsiung to visit Dream Mall. Stay at: WO Hotel 4*/similar Meals: BL

Day 5: Kaohsiung – Taitung | Fo Guang Shan

After breakfast, you will be escorted to the Fo Guang Shan Buddha, which is a museum about Buddhist teaching in Taiwan. After lunch, you will visit Pier 2 Art Center, Kaohsiung most colorful district and then heading to Taitung and have the opportunity to enjoy and rest at the hotel. Day 6: Taitung – Taroko Gorge – Hualien | Taroko Gorge

Start your day to visit the Taroko National Park area, which is famous for its marble mountains. Here you will visit/pass Taroko Gorge Gate, Eternal Spring Shrine, Swallow Grotto, & Nine Turn Tunnel. Day 7: Hualien – Taipei | Shopping time at Taipei

Journey back to Taipei for today, upon arrival you will visit Taipei 101 Observatory, the tallest building in Taiwan. Then, have a free time shopping at Xi Men Ding area for shopping. At night you will explore Shilin Night Market, considered to be the largest and most famous night market in Taiwan. Stay at: Green World Zhonghua 3*/similar Meals: BL

Day 8: Taipei – Yehliu – Jiufen – Taipei | Explore North Taipei

After breakfast, you are invited to Yehliu geopark, which is famous for its various unique forms of coral, formed by the erosion of seawater. You can also enjoy the beauty of the beach. Then the journey continues towards the old city of Jiufen, it is known for the narrow alleyways of its old town, packed with teahouses (Amei Teahouse is the famous teahouse in Jiufen), street-food shacks and souvenir shops. Last, you will be invited to visit Shifen Old Street. Here you will try a very interesting and famous attraction in Taiwan that is releasing the Sky Lantern. Day 9: Taipei | Free & Easy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration and Payment 1. Down Payment (DP) is non-refundable. 2. Price may be change due to certain conditions. 3. DP 50%/pax for departing 2 – 10 pax; DP 30%/pax for departing more than 10 pax for all destinations must be paid to Travellino. Full payment must be done 30 days before departure. Full payment required If registration made 30 days before departure. 4. Travelers must fulfil all required documents based on the schedule and regulation from the designated Embassy. If the visa rejected, visa fee still must be paid. If there are any expenses, such as, train cancellation, hotel cancellation, and or flight cancellation happened because of the late process of visa making, and any other tour expenses, all charged to travelers. 5. Travellino has rights to cancel traveler’s reservation if travelers is/are not pay the deposit yet based on the payment date/due date. 6. Before full payment, price can be changed based on current condition. 7. For travelers with age more than 70 years old, or having limitation body dysfunction or mental limitations, it is compulsory to be accompanied by family, friends, or relatives that will responsible during the tour. 8. In certain conditions, the tour will detour/change based on the current condition of each flight and hotel. If the designated hotel is fully booked, we will replace with another hotel at a similar level. 9. If DP is paid, you are considered understood and accepted the terms & conditions above. Tour’s terms & conditions apply as stated in the tour program brochure.

Terms of Tour Cancellation 1. Tour cancellation or reschedule (including dates and destinations) before the departure date will be subject to a cancellation fee: a. After registration, DP non-refundable b. 14-07 days before departure: 75% of the tour fee. c. 06-00 days before departure: 100% of the tour fee. 2. Tour cancellation fee also apply to: a. Travelers who are changing the departure date or change the tour packages. b. Travelers who are late to submit the visa requirement from the due date, so that travelers cannot depart on time. c. Cancellation by one of the parties (participants or Travellino) due to unexpected conditions, such as: loss, damage, disruptions, transportation delays, natural disasters, etc., the tour will be changed and are non- refundable. Tour cost does not include any additional expenses caused by conditions out of control. d. Travellino has the right to cancel the registration of participants who have not paid an advance or payment according to the specified deadline. e. Down payment cannot be refunded if the participant cancels unilaterally.

Refund Terms 1. Any flight tickets, trains, ships, and other transportation tickets and unused accommodations cannot be refunded. 2. If the prospective travelers is unable to depart/sick before the scheduled departure date, the refund/cancellation fee will refer to the cancellation clause.

3. If there are some services in the package that are not used by the travelers due to obstruction or illness during the trip, the travelers have no right to demand a refund. 4. For tour participants who are not permitted to enter or be deported by the immigration authorities of the local country (even though they already have a visa), or who are refused entry to an aircraft for some reason, or are suffering from illness, or have a mental disorder, or are traveling in an accident, which is forced must return or deviate from the trip specified in the tour, or be forced to cancel most / almost all trips after departure, are not entitled to a refund or any other form of return for services that have not been or not used.

Responsibilities

Travellino will try to provide the best service. However, Travellino and other travel agents are not responsible and cannot be sued for: 1. Accidents, loss, or delay in baggage claim by airlines, hotels, and other vehicles. 2. Time losses, any trip schedule changes or additional fees due to failures, disruptions, and delays in aircraft/train/other types of transportation so that they cannot leave/arrive at the destination on the specified day/time. 3. Another unexpected incident beyond our abilities to cope with it. 4. Any loss of personal belongings, luggage, entrusted goods at the airport, hotel, and criminal acts occurs tour participants during the trip. 5. Any change in travel itinerary because of natural disasters, wars, disease outbreaks, terrorist acts, riots, and other “force majeure”. Force Majeure: an event that occurs beyond human capability and cannot be avoided so that an activity cannot be carried out or cannot be carried out as it should.

Travellino and All Travel Agents eligible to

1. Cancel or postpone scheduled tour departures, if the number of participants is less than the minimum number of participants according to their respective tour products. 2. Changing (detouring) the route & the trip according to the conditions & confirmation from the airline or based on hotel conditions in each destination. 3. Asking tour participants to leave the group if the tour participant is trying to create a riot, disrupt the tour, forcefully ask to grant some requests and provide incorrect information about the tour event, etc.
