Down Payment (DP) is non-refundable. 2. Price may be change due to certain conditions. 3. DP 50%/pax for departing 2 – 10 pax; DP 30%/pax for departing more than 10 pax for all destinations must be paid to Travellino. Full payment must be done 30 days before departure. Full payment required If registration made 30 days before departure. 4. Travelers must fulfil all required documents based on the schedule and regulation from the designated Embassy. If the visa rejected, visa fee still must be paid. If there are any expenses, such as, train cancellation, hotel cancellation, and or flight cancellation happened because of the late process of visa making, and any other tour expenses, all charged to travelers. 5.
