Preparation of nanostructured materials in bulk and thin film form using different techniques such as hydrothermal, Solvothermal, Sol-gel, Combustion, Chemical bath deposition, Spray pyrolysis, Spin coating, Electro spin, Dip coating method etc. Research Experience Post-Doctoral Research Associate (Duration: June. 2011 to February. 2013) Position: Post-Doctoral Research Associate under Pusan National University Fellowship scheme (Prof. Hee Je Kim’s group), School of Electrical Engineering, Pusan National University, Jangjeon, Geumjeong, Busan - 609735, South Korea. Details: Natural dyes from the flowers of different types of plants were extracted (South Korea) and curcumin dye was extracted from turmeric powder and their sunlight absorbance performance in dye sensitized solar cells was studied. The optimized standard dye and quantum dot sensitized solar cell performance is around 9 and 4.5 %, respectively. A semiconductor metal oxide nanomaterials and thin films were synthesized with different morphological structure and used as a photo anode for dye and quantum dot sensitized solar cells (DSSC and QDSSC).
