The complex character that was Charles Mingus is brilliantly captured by Andy and further supported in narration by Foden’s close friend Rex Richardson.

This recording entitled The Spirit of Foden’s serves as an opportunity not only to celebrate the great compositional voice of Andy Scott but also to draw together so many of the friends that are central to the Foden’s family. The recording captures contributions from amongst others Bramwell Tovey, Allan Withington, John Wallace, Rex Richardson, Martin Winter as well as the bands own array of world class musicians.
