Matters Arising from the meeting held on 29th April 2015 There were no matters arising which were not due to be covered by other items on the agenda. 4. Chairman’s Report and Review of the 2015/16 year Copies of Mr Stamford’s report had been distributed to every household in the village prior to the meeting. He went through the report at the meeting and highlighted various matters. He said the past year had been a hard-worKing year for all councillors. In addition to the normal council business the PC had to deal with extra work associated with preparing the Neighbourhood Plan. The PC had heard earlier this weeK that the BC’s Local Plan which it was currently preparing will be extended from 2032 to 2035.
