In order to provide 100 days guaranteed employment to rural people who are interested

to do unskilled work a programme namely MGNREGA was implemented in the district on 1-4-2008.

There was an opening balance of Rs. 22.89 Lakh as on 01-04-2019 and funds received through EFMS Rs.

2219.32 Lakh, Misc. Receipt Rs. 0.00 Lakh. Thus the total funds available during the current financial

year 2019-20 as on 12-12-2019 worth Rs. 2242.20 Lakh. The present Status report as on 12-12-

DEEN DAYAL ANTODYA YOJNA- NATIONAL RURAL LIVELIHOOD MISSION (DAY-NRLM)

Deen Dayal Antodya Yojna- National Rural Livelihood Mission was launched in 2014. At this time scheme is being implemented in 8 Blocks (Adampur, Agroha, Barwala, Hansi-1, Hansi-2, Hisar- 1, Hisar-2 and Narnaund). Under this scheme the employment is provided to the rural women after formation of Self Help Group (SHG) in which loan is given in the activity Animal Husbandry, Beauty

(REPL), Noida  Town Vending Committee meeting has approved list of 4100 street vendor survey on 25.9.2018 meeting held under the chairmanship of W.Municipal Commissioner, Hisar.  Finalization of Vending Zone & Non- Vending Zone, 31 sites are identified by REPL in hisar for shifting the street. After completion of lifting ,a bill raised by FCI at district level for payment of cost of foodgrain and a bill raised by Hafed for transportation cost @750perMTs. All payment made at district level.

Provision of Milk Under MDM Scheme :- The sweetened flavored (Rose, Ellachi, Vanila, Chocolate & Butter Scotch) 1 kg. skimmed milk powder reconstituted in 10 kg boiled water and will serve 50 student and given to 200 ml per student at least three days in a week excluding Monday & Tuesday.

There are two projects under jurisdiction to this PSU fall under District Hisar:-

1- Four Laning of Rohtah to Hisar Section of NH-10 (from km 87+000 to km 17+000) including connecting link from Km 87+000 (NH-10) to Km 348+000) (NH-71) to be executed as BOT (Toll) Project on DBFOT pattern under NHDP Phase-III in the State of Haryana. 2- Four Laning of Kaithal Border Section of NH-152/65 from KM 33.250 )Design Km- 0.500) to km 241.580 (Design km 165.759) in the State of Haryana under NHDP Phase IV through Public Private Parternship (PPP) on Design, Build, Finance, Operate & Transfer (DBFOT) toll basis.

It is pertinent to mention here that for Rohtak-Hisar Section, pre COD of Section has already been issued on 03-08-2016 and toll collection was started from same date. The total project length is 98.810 Km and now project is under maintainence stage where Concessionaire regularly maintains the project as per approved norms and specifications. Moreover, all safety signages and marking is being done on regular basis to keep the project Highway accident free as per construction and maintainence point of view. Also, for Kaithal to Rajasthan Border Section, COD of project was issued on 29-03-2019 and now the project is under maintainence stage where concessionaire is regularly maintaining the project highway as per obligation mentioned in Contract Agreement. In light of above, it is hereby submitted that the project under Hisar Jurisdiction are already completed and no new project is awarded in this PIU for Hisar District.
