Overview of the State of Ratification in the Member States

The following table and map show the current state of the Treaty of Lisbon ratification process in each of the 27 member states. The 27 member states are listed in alphabetical order. Note that the “in progress” situations in three states, Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic, are quite different: • In Germany, the ratified it, the Constitutional Court has ruled on it, and thus the president has not signed it; • In Poland, the Sejm ratified it, it was not submitted to the Constitutional Court, and the president has not yet signed it; • In the Czech Republic, the Constitutional Court approved it, Senate has ratified it, and the president has not signed it yet.
