The Commission by its order dated 28.12.2012 directed the Public Information Officer to supply the information to the petitioner and report to the Commission by 07.02.2013. However, no reply has been furnished to the appellant and aggrieved by the inaction of the Public Authroity, the appellant has come forward to file a Complaint Petition before this Commission and the said petition has been taken up for today's enquiry.
