Required documents for VISA:

Remark: If you are not a Canadian citizen and you are the citizen of the following countries, you need to provide 3 copies of all the required documents along with 3 copies of valid Permanent Resident Card/ Canadian Student Permit/Canadian Work Permit /Canadian visa inside your passport.

Non-Immigrant B visa (Work permit holders)

1. Original passport (no copies) with 6 months validity 2. 1 visa application form filled out and signed 3. 1 passport size photo (2x2 or bigger) taken within the last 6 months 4. Fee 130 CAD, Cash or Money order in Canadian funds payable to “Royal Thai Embassy” 5. A copy of valid work permit or letter of permission to work in from a Thai government agency, such as the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Commerce, BOI. 6. For non-Canadian citizen, a copy of permanent resident (PR) card or a copy of work permit or a copy of study permit is required 7. Return Envelope -To return your documents by courier, please include a prepaid return label. -To return your documents by Canada post, please include a prepaid express post envelope. From Ontario and Quebec’s envelopes should be “Regional”, all other provinces' envelopes should be “National”. Please fill in your address including your name, street number, street name, city, province and postal code.

Non-Immigrant (Family member who will accompany work permit holder to Thailand)

1. Original passport (no copies) with 6 months validity 2. 1 visa application form filled out and singed 3. 1 passport size photo (2x2 or bigger) taken within the last 6 months 4. Fee 130 CAD, Cash or Money order in Canadian funds payable to “Royal Thai Embassy” 5. A copy of Marriage certificate. If the marriage certificate is Thai, we only need a copy, if it is from another country it must be notarized (including Canada) 6. A copy of Birth Certificate for your children. If the Birth certificate is Thai, we only need a copy, if it is from another country it must be notarized (including Canada) 7. Copy of Thai spouse’s passport and Thai ID card/Thai parents ID card or passport (If any) 8. A copy of Thai spouse’s house registration (if any) 9. 1. A copy of your passport 2. A copy of your valid Thai visa 3. A copy of your work permit (if it is already expired, your employer should contact the Ministry of Labour to issue a WP3), or a copy of letter of permission to work in Thailand from a Thai government agency, such as the Ministry of Labour, the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Commerce, BOI. 4. A copy of documents as proof of relationship, such as marriage certificate, or birth certificate, and copy of passport of your family members (if they will accompany you). 5. A copy of your health insurance policy with coverage including COVID-related treatment in Thailand in the amount no less than 100,000 USD. It should cover your period of your stay in Thailand* 6. A copy of a hotel booking for ASQ/ALQ

What you need to present at airlines check-in counter and immigration upon arrival in Thailand:(All documents must be in English Only)

1. The Certificate of Entry (COE) 2. A copy of your work permit or WP3 or permission to work in Thailand 3. Medical certificate with a laboratory result indicating that COVID -19 is not detected COVID test must be by RT-PCR method, issued within 72 hours before departure time 4. Copy of your insurance policy which covers COVID and no less than 100,000 USD. It should cover your stay in Thailand. 5. Copy of your confirmed booking at an ASQ/ALQ hotel 6. T.8 form
