Traffic: A development of this size will cause major problems on local roads, with at least another 10,000 cars travelling along roads that were not designed for such heavy use. Roads leading to Woking and Brookwood stations will suffer increased congestion pollution.

Water: An extra 4,000 houses will increase local demand for scarce water supplies. Currently Surrey Heath has a hosepipe ban more houses will only make this worse.
