‘A MAJESTIC CHRISTMAS’ Cast Bios

JERRIKA HINTON (Nell Harper) – Jerrika Hinton starred on Alan Ball’s HBO drama “Here and Now” opposite Holly Hunter and Tim Robbins. Prior to that, she was known for her work on ABC’s award-winning medical drama “Grey’s Anatomy,” in which she portrayed the role of the headstrong, highly intelligent Dr. Stephanie Edwards, a fan favorite.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Hinton has been performing since the age of three. She landed her first professional role at the age of 11 in a theatrical production of Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry, and then went on to attend Southern Methodist University in Dallas where she studied directing and playwriting at the Meadows School of the Arts. While working behind the camera has always been one of Hinton’s passions, fulfilling her love of bringing characters to life on screen has been of equal importance. Over the last few years, she has held roles on top television series including ABC’s “Scandal,” Fox’s “Bones” and “Lie to Me,” as well as the short- lived yet critically acclaimed series “Terriers” for FX.

When not working in film or television, Hinton has maintained her commitment to both creativity and community service by teaching at numerous theaters, serving as an artist-in- residence at the East LA Classic Theatre, and volunteering with The Actors Fund. In addition, she has been a longtime supporter of The Innocence Project.

Hinton has always loved to nourish other aspects of her creative side, including taking photos, throwing themed events for her friends and family, and studying French.

CHRISTIAN VINCENT (Connor Martin) – A man of many talents, Christian Vincent continues to be successful in many areas of the entertainment industry. He holds a BFA from Butler University, where he graduated cum laude, and an MFA in dance from the University of California, Irvine. Currently on the faculty at USC’s Glorya Kaufman School of Dance, and the LA Dance Magic Dance Convention, Vincent is also a member of The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

On stage, Vincent appeared off Broadway in Radiant Baby, directed by George C. Wolf, and on the small screen, he has appeared in “,” “Noah’s Arc: Jumping the Broom,” “Center Stage: Turn It Up,” “Fringe,” “Fallen,” “Sins of the Mother,” “Continuum,” “Hidden America with Jonah Ray” and the Global television series “Canada Sings.”

Vincent’s commercial credits include Target, AT&T, Nationwide Insurance, WalMart, Nestlé Skinny Cow, CoverGirl with Queen Latifah, Adidas and Subway. Additionally, he has appeared in multiple commercials and print ads for Chevrolet, Muscle & Fitness, Hers Magazine, and Verizon.

Crossing into many areas of entertainment, Vincent’s talents as an actor, choreographer, dance coach and artistic director have been utilized on a variety of projects. He has worked with directors David Fincher and Marc Webb and coached actors such as Joseph Gordon-Levitt in the hit film 500 Days of Summer. Last year, he coached Jonah Ray on “Hidden America” as well as Golden Globe®-winning actress Sally Hawkins for Guillermo del Torro’s Oscar®-winning film, The Shape of Water.

Beyond coaching, Vincent has danced in various films himself, including She’s All That, Starsky & Hutch, Rent, The Wedding Planner, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, The Flintstones in Viva Rock Vegas, Ms. Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous, and G.I. Joe: Retaliation. Even more extensive are his television appearances on shows such as “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” Disney’s made-for-TV version of “Annie,” “Arrested Development,” “Baywatch,” “Mad TV,” “The “George Lopez Show,” “Cold Case,” and “Dancing with the Stars.”

Vincent has worked with a wide range of artists, including Shakira, Ricky Martin, Chayanne, Mandy Moore, Geri Halliwell, Macy Gray, The Brian Setzer Orchestra, Ashanti, Prince, Gloria Estefan, Britney Spears and Stevie Wonder. For Madonna, he served as dance captain for her Drowned World Tour.
