Les archives que je présente ici sont inédites, fussent celles relatives à des célébrités de la Belle Époque ayant fait l’objet de maintes publications : Mistinguett, Jane Avril, Fragson, la Goulue, Loïe Fuller, etc. Voici (flèche verte), oubliée de l’histoire, celle dont la fortune fut un support financier pour la création de l’Olympia et du Moulin Rouge : « En la Ciudad de Lima Capital de la Republica Peruana… Caié Don Estevan Guinde con Doña Carmen Cuellar…». Pérou. Archivo Arzobispal de Lima. San Lázaro, 1844, lib.10, f°8r. Document en l’état. -2) Seules les archives des hôpitaux permettent d’identifier un grand nombre de danseuses, chanteuses et autres artistes de cette ère.
