Notable Alumni • Joseph Sanberg lives in Los Angeles where he manages investments through his family office, RJB Partners LLC. The two principal businesses he has co-founded and helps operate are Platinum Capital Advisors - a Pan-Arctic merchant bank based in Anchorage, Alaska - and Aspiration Asset Managers - which brings elite investment opportunities to everyday investors. He currently serves as Chairman of the Jefferson Awards for Public Service, as a member of the Brookings Institute Foreign Policy Leadership Committee and as a Trustee for the Junior Statesmen Foundation. Sanberg earned his A.B., Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University. He emerged as a starter 4 games into the 2004 season and started 6 times there (Stanford, California, Arizona State, Washington, Washington State and Oregon State). He sprained his right knee at Oregon State and missed the Arizona game. He served as USC’s nickel back the last 3 games (Notre Dame, UCLA and Oklahoma). Overall in 2004 while appearing in 12 games, he had 26 tackles, including 0.5 for a loss, 2 deflections and a 66-yard interception return (at Stanford, to set up a TD). He had 7 tackles against California, 4 versus Arizona State and 3 against Stanford and Washington State. He missed most of 2004 spring practice while recuperating from the injury. He was invited to play in the 2005 Hula Bowl. 2003: As a senior cornerback in 2003, Arbet appeared recovered from a foot injury that sidelined him for the 2002 season and he even started USC’s first 2 games.

    Saskatchewan’s Team: the Roughriders The Saskatchewan Roughriders have won four grey cups! They were formed by the Regina Rugby Club. Cody Fajardo is the quarterback for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. The Saskatchewan Roughriders bring people together to celebrate their wins. When the Saskatchewan Roughriders go to the playoffs they represent Saskatchewan and that’s how they are important. The Saskatchewan Roughriders have a very interesting history. They began September 1910 and they were founded by the Regina Rugby Club. Their first colours were gold and purple. They lost their first game 7-6 to Moose Jaw. In their new season they wore blue and white. Then in 1912 they changed their colours to red and black for the next 36 years. In 1924 they became the Roughriders. In 1948 they became the only Saskatchewan team and started wearing green and white. Now you know all about the history of the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Cody Fajardo is the Saskatchewan Roughriders starting quarterback. In 2019 he joined the Roughriders and he made 18 touchdowns and 338 completions. He played high school football for Servite in Anaheim, California where he won the Glenn Davis Award in 2009 for best high school football player in California. Cody Fajardo is 6’2 and was born March 29, 1992, and now 28 years old. Cody Fajardo has a very filling life. The Saskatchewan Roughriders are important to Saskatchewan in many ways. They are important to Saskatchewan because they bring people together to celebrate when they win. When the Riders go to the playoffs they as a team represent Saskatchewan.
