Treasury Brisbane is lining up its biggest Australia Day celebrations yet with a series of stunning festivities across the long weekend.
Get ready for a weekend of pop-up outdoor bars, refreshing spritz cocktails, indulgent dining experiences and two rounds of legendary Australian rock music.
Treasury Brisbane Chief Operating Officer Kelvin Dodt says the iconic property is gearing up for what will be a carnival atmosphere across the three day weekend.
“Hot on the heels of a jam-packed festive season, Treasury Brisbane will be abuzz for its busiest Australia Day long weekend on record,” said Mr Dodt.
“Our iconic buildings come alive during these big events on the calendar and we’re excited to deliver a cracking line-up of experiences across the weekend.
“From sunset spritz cocktails in front of our historic Hotel to mouth-watering Kingfish Carpaccio at Black Hide by Gambaro at Treasury Brisbane, capped by two rounds of iconic 1970s Australian rock at LiveWire Bar – there will be something for everyone this Australia Day long weekend at Treasury Brisbane.”
SUMMER TIME DRINKS The Australia Day long weekend at Treasury Brisbane starts with summer sundowners, deck chairs and DJs in the park at Summer Time Drinks.
On Friday evening 25 January, our pop-up outdoor party will kick-off the celebration in iconic Queensland style with live entertainment, refreshing SOFI Spritz cocktails and giveaways set within the tranquility of Queen’s Park.

BLACK HIDE BY GAMBARO AT TREASURY BRISBANE’S FIRST SUMMER MENU The supremely indulgent Black Hide by Gambaro at Treasury Brisbane offers a luxurious feast for the senses this Australia Day long weekend with its first Summer menu.

LIVE AND FREE AUSTRALIAN ROCK ‘N’ ROLL
Get set for a summer of rock ‘n’ roll this Australia Day long weekend with live and free performances by INXS tribute band INEXCESS and legendary rock band Dragon.
LiveWire Bar will rock to its foundations with two memorable and free sets of iconic Australian smash hits from these two homegrown stalwarts of the local music scene.
Paying tribute to one of Australia’s biggest rock acts of all time, INEXCESS and their live show performs all the hits that made INXS famous throughout the world during the Michael Hutchence era.
Australia’s best INXS tribute act and their three hour show takes over LiveWire from 8:30pm Friday 25 January.
After forming more than 40 years ago, esteemed rock band Dragon return for their third stint together to bring their new show to the LiveWire stage at 8:30pm on Saturday 26 January.
