Review their local risk reduction plan on flood, wind, landslide, lahar and coastal flooding as well as the corresponding vulnerable population for disaster avoidance. 4. Start reviewing the list of vulnerable population by sitio or purok and come up with the list as your basis in evacuation planning. 5. Likewise, forced evacuation was implemented in coastal and other high risk areas in the municipality and deployed rescue teams to assist in evacuation  issued local advisory for families near riverbanks to evacuate.  Las Nieves conducted emergency meeting and mobilized Emergency Response Team to conduct monitoring of situation in high risk areas and assist in relief distribution.  Magallanes and prepositioned local rescue team for immediate response.
