The City of Trenton assumes no liability for use of this document for purposes other than for which it was intended. The procedures presented in this document are separate from any other safety requirements that may be applicable for other environmental hazards present at the site. Developed in accordance with current guidelines established by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This document will be electronically distributed along with the Request for Proposals. All applicable personnel and/or visitors to the above referenced property are required to have read this document and adhered to the information within prior to entry to the site. [email protected] 609-213-3478 A sign-in sheet will NOT be circulated at the meeting. **Each participant attending the meeting is required to provide a business card or an index card with their contact details including name, email address, company name, and phone number.** Pre-Site Visit Self Screening The following at-home procedures shall be conducted by prospective bidders prior to arrival on site: 1. Take temperature at home by using a personal oral thermometer or medical- grade digital scanning thermometer. No personnel shall be permitted to conduct the site visit if temperature exceeds 100.4⁰ F. 2. Monitor for symptoms related to COVID-19 (e.g. persistent cough, shortness of breath, chills/shakes, muscle pain, headaches, sore throat, and new loss of smell or taste). If any symptom is present, do not attend the site visit. 3. If exposed to, or in direct contact with someone who has/had a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 14 days, do not attend the site visit. 4. If you have previously recovered from a confirmed or suspected case of COVID- 19, at least three (3) days (i.e., 72-hours) must have passed following the resolution of a fever, without the use of fever-reducing medications, and the improvement in respiratory symptoms (e.g., cough, shortness of breath) before attending the site visit. RFP2021-02 ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSULTING SERVICES FOR REHABILITATION OF EXTERIOR PLAZA AND FACADE OF 6 TRENTON CITY HALL On-Site Procedures 1. Social Distancing: While conducting the site visit maintain sensible social distancing guidelines and where possible maintain a minimum of six (6) feet between other participants. 2. Face Coverings/Mask: At minimum, individuals are required to wear face coverings if they cannot maintain at least six (6) feet apart. For purposes of this document, the term “face coverings”, applies to any well-secured paper or cloth mask that covers your mouth and nose. Alternatively, a filtering face piece respirator (N-95) or tight fitting air purifying respirator may be used. 3. Hand Hygiene: Once on site, individuals will utilize hand sanitation using hand sanitizer or pre-treated/moistened disposable wipes. Disposal nitrile gloves may be utilized as an adequate alternative; however, frequent disposal and reapplication of gloves will be necessary to maintain proper hygiene. Attendees shall come prepared to the meeting with their own hygiene supplies. 4. Avoid sharing of flashlights, tools, pens, or similar tools. 5. Perform Practice “respiratory etiquette” including cover your mouth and nose with a tissue if coughing or sneezing, even when wearing a face covering.

Built at the corner of Broad and Market Streets, the original Greek Revival structure served the public until 1903. Trenton and Mercer County had grown enormously since its founding, and the current grand, classical Beaux Arts structure was built to accommodate that growth. This impressive sandstone building, with its pediments, columns and arches, occupies an important downtown gateway. Not only a Trenton Landmark, the 1904 Court House is perhaps one of the best known buildings in Mercer County. Current Status: The building is vacant. The Court House Annex is under renovation, but there are no plans for the renovation of the original Court House. Non-court uses are being considered but appear to be a number of years away.

    2005 Annual Report The Trenton Historical Society‘s mission is the study and interpretation of Trenton’s history, preservation of its historic buildings and artifacts, and dissemination of information about New Jersey’s capital city and its illustrious past. Introduction The Trenton Historical Society was founded in 1919…. For 86 years, the society has stayed true to its purpose. Recently, the group has gone through an extraordinary renaissance, recommitting to its mission through new and reinvigorated projects. The Board of Trustees has taken on new tasks while continuing to present the programs that have been the Society’s mainstay for so many years. It is safe to say that the Trenton Historical Society has never been so active and effective. We have raised more money, taken on more projects, and had the support of more volunteers than ever before. Organizational Structure A Board of Trustees elected by the general membership each year at the Annual Membership Meeting governs the Trenton Historical Society. The 2005 Annual Meeting was held at Katmandu on Sunday, January 9 th and featured a presentation entitled “Washington’s Forgotten Victory”, by guest speaker Wayne Daniels. The organization’s officers were then chosen from the fourteen board members by the trustees themselves. The 2005 Board of Trustees consisted of: Michael Olszak - President David E. Collier - Vice President Gary Nigh - Treasurer Wendy M. Nardi - Recording Secretary Sara Andre’ - Corresponding Secretary Randy Baum Jean M. Bickal Robert Coumbe Arthur S. Forman Jerome J. Since it’s founding in 1919, the Trenton Historical Society has remained dedicated to this important mission. Through its efforts to share the City’s rich and unique history with the public and to preserve its historic artifacts and buildings, the Trenton Historical Society hopes to enrich the community and to promote a tangible, relevant, and meaningful link to our shared past for today’s residents and visitors, and for generations to come. Organizational Structure The Trenton Historical Society is governed by a fourteen member Board of Trustees. The trustees are elected by the general membership each year at the Annual Membership Meeting. The organization’s officers are then chosen from the fourteen board members by the Trustees themselves.
