Nacrt Detaljnog urbanističkog plana urađen je na osnovu Odluke o pristupanju izradi, Odluke o izmjeni odluke o izradi izmjena i dopuna Detaljnog urbanističkog plana „ Nova Varoš 2“ u Podgorici, Programskog zadatka i Ugovora zaključenog između: OPŠTINE PODGORICE i “URBI.PRO“ d.o.o. Podgorica Plan sadrži analizu postojećeg stanja i potrebna obrazloženja planskih rješenja i preporuka, kao i odgovarajuće grafičke priloge, odnosno dio dokumentacije koji, saglasno Zakonu o uređenju prostora i izgradnji objekata sačinjavaju Detaljni urbanistički plan. PLANSKI OSNOV Osnov za izradu Detaljnog urbanističkog plana „Nova Varoš 2“ u Podgorici, je Program uređenja prostora za 2015. godinu, kojim je predviđena izrada urbanističke dokumentacije po potrebi predviđena smjernicama PUP-a i dokumentacija za koju će finansijska sredstva obezbjediti podnosilac inicijative. Smjernice za izradu Plana, sadržane su u Prostornom urbanističkom planu Podgorice ( „ Službeni list CG-opštinski propisi“, broj 06/14) kojim je planirana namjena za ovaj prostor: „SS- površine za stanovanje srednje gustine“, SMG- „ površine za stanovanje male gustine“, „ CD- površine za centralne djelatnosti “, „MN – površine mješovite namjene , „ Z- površine za zdravstvenu zaštitu “, „ ŠS- površine za školstvo i socijalnu zaštitu“, „SR – površine za sport i rekreaciju “, VO- površine za vjerske objekte“, „PUJ- površine javne namjene“. U PUP-u je naglašeno u tabeli 10.5 GUR Podgorica – smjernice za reviziju DUP-a i UP- a, da je u toku izmjena plana potrebno urediti parkovsko rekreativne zone uz Moraču sa biciklističkom i pješačkom stazom. Potrebno je izvršiti i prenamjenu površina kolektivnog stanovanja na prostoru današnjeg stadiona malih sportova u površine za sport i rekreaciju. Potrebno je urediti biciklističku i pješačku stazu u produžetku Ul Slobode uz Ul. 19 decembra. Locirati prirodnjački muzej na lokaciji nekadašnjeg rasadnika, odnosno prenamjeniti taj prostor iz stambene površine u površine za centralne djelatnosti. Ispod istočne tribine stadiona „Budućnost “ predvidjeti izgradnju javne garaže. 4 DUP " Nova Varos 2 " -Podgorica METODOLOGIJA Programskim zadatkom definisano je: U postupku izrade Detaljnog urbanističkog plana „Nova Varoš 2“ u Podgorici,potrebno je Sagledavanje ulaznih podataka iz PUP-a Podgorice ( „ Službeni list CG-opštinski propisi“, broj 06/14), Detaljnog urbanističkog plana „Nova Varoš 2“ – Izmjene i dopune iz 2008 godine u Podgorici („ Sl. List RCG-opštinski propisi“, br..11/08.), Detaljnog urbanističkog plana „Nova Varoš 2-dio“ iz 2010 godine („ Sl. List Crne Gore-opštinski propisi“, br.16/10) i Detaljnog urbanističkog plana„ Nova Varoš 2-dio- Izmjene i dopune u Podgorici iz 2012. godine („ Sl. List Crne Gore-opštinski propisi“, br.14/12) kao i ostale dokumentacije koje su rađene za ovaj i lokalni prostor; Analiza postojećeg stanja (sagledavanje programskih zahtjeva korisnika prostora); Analiza uticaja kontaktnih zona na ovaj prostor i obrnuto; OPIS GRANICA I POVRŠINA ZAHVATA Granica Detaljnog urbanističkog plana Nova Varoš 2 je sa istočne strane definisana granicom DUP-a Gorica C (ulica Rista Stijovića), sa sjeverne strane je određena DUP- om Park šuma Gorica , DUP-om Mauzolej partizanu borcu i DUP-om Zagorič dio zone A. Sa zapadne strane granicom DUP-a Momišici zona 2 i UP-om Kasarna Morača tj Vezirovim mostom i koritom rijeke Morače sve do Ulice Vaka Đurovića ( Ulicom Vaka Đurovića do spoja sa Ul Stanka Dragojevića). Južna granica plana je DUP Nova Varoš i DUP Drač- Nova Varoš ( Bulevar Ivana Crnojevića.) Granica plana je neznatno korigovana u odnosu na osovinu saobraćajnica i u sjevernom dijelu je korigovana kako bi ista obuhvatila čitavu KP. Teritorija Nova Varoš 2, se prostire na katastarskoj opštini: KO Podgorica 2 Površina predmetnog planskog dokumenta je 43,8 ha. i definisana je koordinatama tačaka. Njen geografski lokalitet je određen sa 420 26I sjeverne geografske širine i 190 16I istočne geografske dužine. Zemljište je većim dijelom ravno, osim na kosom terenu koji se spušta ka koritu Morače (zapadni dio), tako da se raspon niveleta kreće od kote 26 mnv do 85 mnv kao najviše kote u dijelu prema park šumi Gorica ( sjeverni dio). INŽENJERSKO - GEOLOŠKE KARAKTERISTIKE Prema karti podobnosti za urbanizaciju terena urbanog područja Podgorice ovaj prostor spada u 1. kategoriju. Ovaj teren čine šljunkovi i peskovi neravnomjernog granulometrijskog sastava i promenljivog stepena vezivosti.

    Morava Corridor Motorway Project Chapter 5: Baseline Conditions 5 BASELINE CONDITIONS This Chapter comprises the collection of baseline data representative of the Study Area covering Area of Influence, which is defined in the following paragraphs, in order to provide a baseline against which the impacts of the Project can be assessed. The baseline takes into account current conditions and those changing conditions (e.g., increasing traffic load on the transportation network and its environmental and social consequences) apparent in the baseline. It takes into consideration other developments in the area which are underway or certain to be initiated in the near future. The baseline description has the following main objectives: to focus on receptors that were identified during scoping phase and further discussed in the ESIA stage as having the potential to be significantly affected by the Project; to describe and where possible quantify their characteristics (nature, condition, quality, extent etc.); to provide data to aid the prediction and evaluation of possible impacts; and to inform judgments about the sensitivity, vulnerability and/or importance of resources/receptors. Bosiljevo je malo mjesto i kada se govori o Bosiljevu, i geografski i povijesno, misli se na bosiljevski kraj. Bosiljevski kraj je najistočniji dio Gorskog kotara, a svojim se sjeveroistočnim dijelom naslanja na Pokuplje i karlovačko područje, dok na jugu graniči s ogulinskim područjem. Bosiljevski kraj obuhvaća više sela i zaselaka koja su potpuno vezana i admi- nistrativno-ekonomski i rodbinsko-genealoški. Uži krug tih sela, koja su teritori­ jalno razasuta oko mjesta Bosiljeva u radijusu od tri kilometra, dijele se na sela “ov kraj briga” i “s un kraj briga”. Kraj dijeli brdo Rizine. Sjeveroistočni dio sela su: Risnik, Štdkani, Dugače, Brdo, FUćkovci, Novo Selo, Orise (Orisje), Varoš, RUpača. Jugozapadni dio sela su: Podrebar sa zaselkom Gašpardvići, RendMići, Lipošćaki sa zaselkom Munjava, Strgari sa zaselkom Cerovac, Hfsina sa zasel­ kom izgone i K fč sa zaselkom Ropari. Cijelo područje prostire se u pravcu jug - sjever oko sedam kilometara, a u pravcu istok - zapad oko šest kilometara. Međutim, Bosiljevski kraj administra- tivno-upravno obuhvaća i šire područje, koje je vezano mjesnim uredom, školom, zdravstvenom ustanovom, poštom, crkvenom župom ... To područje na sjeveroistoku obuhvaća još naselje Potok, koje uključuje sela: Usičku Gdricu, Beč, Kdrenić Brdo, Laslaviče, Kraljevo Selo, Grđčane ..., a na sjeverozapadu Prikuplje sa selima: Bosanci, Pribanjci, Fratrovci, lančani, Milani, Jdhi, ŽUbrenci..., a na jugu “gbradnji kraj”: Grabrk, Umol, Podumol..

    Miraculous landscapes of the Drina-Tara region, vast spaces of intact nature and beautiful scenery of the area are the assets this territory is famous for. Still, you will not get familiar with all its beauty if you only lay back and enjoy the view from your terrace, delicious gastronomic specialties or warm smiles of your hosts. Take some of the routes or trails that will take you through the hidden places of the region’s gorgeous mountains, dense forests, steep canyons and clean rivers. What you see and experience is definitely worth a little effort. CYCLING ROUTES Zlatibor - Tara cycling route Zlatibor - Tara cycling path is 47 km long. The height difference between the highest and lowest point is 516 m. You will need a good physical condition, although there are no technically demanding sections. The surface consists almost entirely of clay and gravel roads. The route is of regional character, and besides connecting Zlatibor and Tara mountains, it has good road connections with Bosnia and Herzegovina and numerous places in Drina-Tara region, such as Mokra Gora, Kremna, Užice, Bajina Bašta, etc. Carska Tara cycling route Carska Tara (Mountain Tara is called the Empress among the mountains in Serbia) From Mitrovac - Rastište - Perucac along a 42 km long path, you will see the most beautiful and most diverse treasures of Tara mountain. Visoka Tara cycling route This route which connects Šljivovica–Tarabića brdo–Grebenski put–Beserovačke bare–Lokvica–Osluša–Sokolina–Rustine and returns to Šljivovica is 26km long. With the altitude of 380m, total ascent of 1183m and total descent of 1183m, this route will take you through the heart of the Tara mountain.
