Terms and conditions 1. The sealed cover containing the quotation should be super scribed “ Flood maps at Panchayat level in Chalakudy river basin” and should be addressed to the Special Officer, ACCER , K.A.U. P.O, Thrissur, Kerala - 680656. 2. Each quotation should be accompanied an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 1% of the total rupee equivalent cost of the quoted items (subject to minimum of Rs.1000/ - ) by way of Demand Drafts in favour of the Special Officer, ACCER, Vellanikkara payable at the State Bank of Travancore, KAU Campus (Branch Code 70670). Late and incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD and Agreemen t will not be accepted. 3. The successful quotationer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. (Rupees one hundred only) on receipt of work order and furnish a security deposit of 5% of the cost of the work quoted in the form of term deposi t/bank guarantee /demand draft drawn in favour of Special Officer, ACCER, Vellanikkara payable at the State Bank of Travancore, KAU campus (Branch Code 70670. 4. The cost of the item / rate should be inclusive of all taxes. 5. Rate quoted should be valid up to 3 1 March 201 9 . 6. The decision of the undersigned in finalizing the tenders shall be final and binding. 7. If any Bandh/strike/any unexpected holidays occurs on the date of opening of tender, the tender will be opened at the same time on the next working day. 8. On receipt of work order, the contractor should complete the work at the earliest and work bill/ invoice in duplicate will be submitted for effecting payment. The payment will be effected only after satisfactory completion of work. VAT, IT, KCWWF and other ta xes if any at applicable rate will be deducted while effecting payment. 9. The successful tenders should complete the work at the earliest from the date of the receipt of the work order. The Special Officer, ACCER , Vellanikkara reserves the right to remove th e defaulted name from the list of suppliers permanently or for a specific period. 10. Tenders insisting payment in advance either full or part for releasing the documents through bank are liable for rejection. 11. List of similar works undertaken by the contractor should be provided. 12. The Special Officer, ACCER , Vellanikkara has the right to accept or reject any or all of the offers without assigning any reason. 13.
