REWARDING HOW REWARDING IS THE PRACTICE? Always consider what motivates a player as everyone is different. Practices need to be rewarding for all players and coaches need to consider how to integrate this into the practice.

REPETITION WITHOUT REPETITION GIVE ENOUGH TIME TO PRACTICE - BUT KEEP IT FRESH High repetition without any changes to the drill can lead to boredom.
