  • Packers Strong All Year Long
2016/2017 ANNUAL REPORT PACKERS STRONG ALL YEAR LONG. VISION STATEMENT To become and remain the standard of excellence against which all other organizations in professional sports are measured. MISSION STATEMENT To win championships and deliver excellent guest experiences while being guided by our core values. Secondary Mark PRESIDENT’S LETTER Dear Shareholders: The Packers had another exciting year in 2016, with an electrifying, eight-game winning streak that propelled us to the NFC Championship Game, our second such appearance in the last three seasons. It marked the eighth consecutive season we made the playoffs – a team record – and we captured the division title for the fifth time in the last six seasons. This continued success in a very competitive league, spearheaded by Ted Thompson and Mike McCarthy, gives me confidence that we’ll continue to be in position to compete for the Super Bowl championship. On the field, our players are among the most talented in the league, led by quarterback Aaron Rodgers. On both sides of the ball, we are fortunate to have a balance of veteran leaders, versatile playmakers and up-and-coming young players that we expect to contribute to another extraordinary season. Off the field, our business operations have continued to be successful, with revenue surpassing $440 million on the strength of increases in both national and local revenue. Our net income and profit from operations remain strong as well, with our net income positively impacted by relocation fees from the three teams moving to different cities. We continued to host fans year-round for Lambeau Field Tours and visits to the Packers Hall of Fame, Packers Pro Shop and 1919 Kitchen & Tap.

GREEN BAY PACKERS ANNUAL REPORT 2019/2020 VISION STATEMENT To become and remain the standard of excellence against which all other organizations in professional sports are measured. MISSION STATEMENT To win championships and deliver excellent guest experiences while being guided by our core values. PRESIDENT’S LETTER Dear Shareholders: As I write this Green Bay Packers Annual Report, we are all being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Packers’ facilities were closed on March 13 (and we just recently re-opened some of our businesses) and the majority of our staff has been working remotely into July. Like many of you, we have faced multiple challenges brought on by the pandemic, including those related to our friends, families and work. Our Packers Family – players, coaches and entire staff – has managed the trying circumstances well. I am very proud of how our employees continued to focus on preparing for the upcoming season. Our football operations deftly transitioned to online operations, including conducting the NFL Draft and the offseason program in virtual manners. There is great uncertainty regarding the season, and we have planned for a variety of different scenarios. In addition to facing the pandemic, our nation has witnessed the tragic killings of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and so many others. These horrifying events highlight the systemic racism that still exists in our country. There is obviously the need for real change in the areas of racism, economic inequality, police brutality and social injustice. I am impressed by how our players are bringing attention to these crucial issues.

  • Green Bay Packers Crisis Management Plan November 21, 2012
Green Bay Packers Crisis Management Plan November 21, 2012 Introduction To the employees of the Green Bay Packers: The following document contains the key responsibilities, procedures and protocols to follow in the event of a crisis situation to ensure that the situation is handled in the most timely and efficient manner. The crises listed within this Crisis Management Plan (CMP) have the utmost possibility of occurring. Therefore, it is in the best interest of the employees of the Green Bay Packers to be prepared in the event one of these crises should occur. In the event that one of these potential crises occurs, the results could range from loss of employment to the fall of the Green Bay Packers organization. Considering the unpredictable and overwhelming nature of any crisis, the best that we can do is be well-prepared and well- rehearsed for the numerous types of crises that could affect this organization. During a crisis situation, it is best to act quickly and efficiently while providing accurate information. To accomplish these vital requirements, the Green Bay Packers organization needs staff, team members, and all employees to be on the same page and understand the expectations of the Green Bay Packers organization. Thank you from all of us, _____________________________ _____________________________ Mark Murphy, President & CEO Kelly Watson _____________________________ _____________________________ Erin Waits Lila Chumbley _____________________________ _____________________________ Brooks Ditto Jesse Greener Company History Earl “Curly” Lambeau and George Whitney Calhoun gathered in an office at the Green Bay Press Gazette on August 11, 1919, to officially form the Green Bay Packers football team.
