TRAILS There are many wonderful places to bike in Brown County. A complete map can be found by visiting the following website: www.travelwisconsin.com The Wisconsin Department of Tourism offers a free biking guide: (608) 266-2161 / (800) 372-2732 On the Fox River and Mountain-Bay trails, a daily pass or annual state trail pass is required for bicyclists, in-line skaters, and horseback riders (on designated areas of the Fox River trail). Daily passes are available at the trailhead and self-service locations along the trail. Annual state trail passes are valid at all Wisconsin state trails. There is no fee for walking or jogging the trails or for trail users younger than 16.
East River Trail 6.28-mile trail running along the East River through Allouez, Bellevue, De Pere and Ledgeview. Bike and walking trail begins in Bellevue and goes through Green Isle Park (Allouez), De Pere and ends in Ledgeview. Fox River Trail 25-mile trail running along the Fox River from downtown Green Bay through Brown County Communities of Allouez, De Pere, Rockland, Wrightstown and Holland. Runs from downtown Green Bay to Greenleaf. Trail hours are 5:00 am– 9:00 pm. Mountain-Bay Trail 83-mile trail running from downtown Howard to Wausau.
