(“Plaintiff” or “UAC”), by and through undersigned counsel, hereby sues Bitmain, Inc., Saint Bitts LLC d/b/a Bitcoin.com (“Bitcoin.com”), Roger Ver, Bitmain Technologies Ltd., Bitmain Technologies Holding Company (together with Bitmain, Inc. and Bitmain Technologies Ltd., “Bitmain”), Jihan Wu, Payward Ventures, Inc. d/b/a Kraken (“Kraken”), Jesse Powell, Amaury Sechet, Shammah Chancellor, Jason Cox (Sechet, Chancellor, and Cox are collectively referred to as “Bitcoin ABC”) (collectively, “Defendants”), for damages and for injunctive relief.
