For Domestic Shuttle Pick-up: Please go down one floor from baggage claim area and head out the doors to the left.

The only road from the airport is Grant McConachie Way.
Stay in your right hand lanes and take the Richmond Centre/Ferries exit to an overpass and the swing bridge. The first traffic light is No.3 Rd, turn right and go 3 blocks to Cambie Rd. We are on the corner of No.3 Rd & Cambie Rd.
From Vancouver via Arthur Laing Bridge
Take Granville Street over Arthur Laing Bridge and go past the Richmond Exit. At the first set of lights, turn left, and then left on Miller Road. Follow Miller Road over the Moray Bridge and stay in the right hand lane. The first traffic light is No.3 Road, turn right and go 3 blocks to Cambie Road. We are on the corner of No.3 Road & Cambie Road.
From Vancouver via Oak Bridge
Take Oak Street over the Oak Street Bridge, staying in your right hand lane. Take the first exit (Sea Island Way) to No.3 Road. Turn left on No. 3 Road and go down 3 sets of lights. We are on the corner of No.3 Road and Cambie Road.
From Vancouver via Knight Bridge
Take Knight Street over the Knight Street Bridge. Turn right at Bridgeport Road (west bound). Follow to No.3 Road and turn left. Go down 3 sets of lights to Cambie Road. We are on the corner of No.3 Road and Cambie Road.
From Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal
Head west toward Ferry Ramp/BC-17 N Continue straight onto Ferry Ramp/BC-17 N Slight right to stay on BC-17 North Merge onto Highway 99 North via the ramp to Richmond/Vancouver Take exit 39 for Bridgeport Road West

Take I-5 thru the Peace Arch Border Crossing. I-5 will become Hwy 99. Follow north thru the tunnel to the Airport Exit. This will put you onto Bridgeport Road. Follow it to No.3 Road and turn left. Follow No.3 Road south to Cambie Road and turn left. We are on the corner of No.3 Road and Cambie Road
Hotel Parking
Complimentary parking for Attendees is available in the following locations, please have your overnight guests register their plates at check in.
Parking Lot at the Front of the Hotel. Level 5 (Blue Zone only) in the President Plaza Parkade. Please DO NOT Park in the Red Zone on Level 5 and Parking is available on Levels 2 & 3 where the parking signs state 2 or 3 hour maximum, please ensure that your guests know that they are able to park on Level 2 & 3 and we will not be ticketing on these levels (Please note there is no Level 4)
Please Note: if attendees park anywhere else, the hotel is not responsible. In particular, please DO NOT Park at T&T Supermarket or at the Yaohan Shopping Centre at any time. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
