Is this because of the changes and tightening of affordability criteria? Is it the number of people from elsewhere in the UK/rest of the world no longer coming to Scotland to live and work? I don’t know the exact number of these of course but we know with the enquiries we get and it is certainly not what it used to be. But for those people looking to trade up or down below these numbers it couldn’t be better, we are double the viewings per house than this time last year, this is significant!
