BAB 2 GAMBARAN UMUM 2.1 Kondisi Umum 2.1.1 Profil Geografi Kabupaten Rejang Lebong terletak pada posisi 1020 19’ – 1020 57’ BT dan 20 22’ 07” – 30 31’ LS berbatasan dengan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan di sebelah Utara dan Timur, dengan Kabupaten Kepahiang di sebelah Selatan, dengan Kabupaten Lebong di sebelah Utara, dan dengan Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara di sebelah Barat. Luas wilayah 151,576 Ha, terdiri dari 15 Kecamatan, 127 desa dan 31 kelurahan. Jarak ibukota Kabupaten Rejang Lebong dari ibukota Provinsi Bengkulu adalah 85 Km, dari Kota Lubuk Linggau (Provinsi Sumatera Selatan) 58,4 Km, dan dari Palembang (Ibukota Provinsi Sumatera Selatan) 774 Km. Wilayah Kabupaten Rejang Lebong berada di kawasan punggung dan lembah pegunungan Bukit Barisan dengan ketinggian 100 m – 1.000 m di atas permukaan laut, dengan topografi bergelombang hingga berbukit, bahkan bergunung, memiliki udara yang sejuk dengan suhu rata – rata 24,140 C sampai dengan 29,790 C. Rata – rata kelembaban nisbi udara adalah 87,08 %. Hampir 80 % luas lahan terdiri dari jenis tanah komplek podsolik coklat, podsol, dan litosol; adosol, dan latosol, podsolik merah kuning (PMK), aluvial dan regosol. Pada umumnya tanah memiliki tekstur halus hingga sedang dengan pH 4,5 – 7,5. Kedalaman efektif 60 cm hingga 90 cm lebih, sebagian terdapat erosi ringan dengan tingkat pengikisan 0 – 10 %. 6 Gambar 2.1. This research indicates that besides interacting and experiencing various disorders in social intersection aspects with family and society, healthy, education and work aspects, actually the LGBT’s community also has adaptation ability even utilizing to increase their well-being. Base on that, should be made social protection efforts through various activities of capacity building and social advocacy for LGBT’s community in facing their vulnerability. Key words: vulnerability life, LGBT community, well-being, social advocacy ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Introduction Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender or as we known with the acronym LGBT is not new in the history of human development. This term is used since the 1990s replaced the phrase "gay community" since it is more representative for groups of diverse sexual orientation. Lesbian is a sexual orientation towards same-sex (women), gay or homosexual is a sexual orientation to love same-sex (male). Bisexual, sexual orientation could be both to women, and men, as well as transgender, someone who wants to change its physical form, at birth, such as men want to be a woman or vice versa. -

Yamani Dr. Nur Sulistyo Budi Ambarini ABSTRACT Fisherman conflicts that occur in Mukomuko is between small fishermen using traditional fishing gear and trawl fishermen. Conflict is resolved through the head of the fishermen and village officials. The substance of the agreement does not agree to the governing laws. This study aims to find a regulation model that can be an alternative solution to the use of marine areas by small fishermen within the framework of regional autonomy. The research method used is socio legal by approaching facts in the community. The data the analyzed to the laws and legal theory. The results shows that the regulation model with regional autonomy framework should be carried out by directly assigning villages to excute fisheries supervision because sense of belonging to the coastal areas will arise and an opportunity for local wisdom of the village community to grow in the coastal village community of Mukomuko is wider. Ciri khas pada busana pengantin tradisional ini pada hiasan kepalanya menggunakan destar pada pengantin laki-laki, singal pada pengantin perempuan dan memakai kilek burung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriktif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis data berbentuk tulisan dan non tulisan (rekaman) yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Data dikaji dan dianalisa dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dengan perpanjang pengamatan, meningkatkan ketekunan, triangulasi, pengecakan sejawat dan auditing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain busana pengantin tradisional perempuan Mukomuko terdiri dari baju betabur, kain songket, pelengkap dan aksesorisnya. Pengantin laki-laki terdiri dari baju betabur, celana, kain songket, pelengkap dan aksesorisnya. Cara memakai busana pengantin tradisional perempuan dimulai dari memasang sanggul, hiasan kepala (singal), kain songket, baju, peding, ampaian bahu, kalung, kilek burung, anting- anting, gelang dan sandal. Pengantin laki-laki dimulai dari celana, kain songket, baju betabur, peding, kalung, dan sandal. Busana pengantin tradisional laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki makna, lambang atau nasehat pada simbol-simbol yang digunakan. -

Tamaddun: Jurnal Kebudayaan dan Sastra Islam, Vol. 20 No. 1, 2020| Merekonstruksi Sejarah Sub Komandemen Sumatera Selatan : Studi Historis terhadap Koleksi Museum Subkoss Garuda Sriwijaya 1Ravico, 2Berlian Susetyo 1IAIN Kerinci, 2 Museum Subkoss Garuda Sriwijaya [email protected], [email protected] Abstrak Sejarah lokal yang sering dianggap sebelah mata, sehingga banyak sumber primer dari sejarah menjadi terbengkalai dan rusak. Oleh karena itu, perlunya keberadaaan museum sebagai wadah pelestarian situs sejarah. Sebagai contoh Museum Subkoss Garuda Sriwijaya, yang menyimpan benda-benda perjuangan masyarakat dalam Sumatera bagian Selatan dalam melawan Kolonial Belanda. Akan tetapi, kurangnya minat dan informasi sehingga banyak koleksi di museum dianggap sebagai sebuah data tak penting. Oleh karena itu, Perlunya rekontruksi sejarah dibalik koleksi museum sebagai langkah awal. Penelitian ini, menngunakan metode penelitian sejarah dengan langkah-langkahnya yaitu, heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi dan historiografi. Untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakan pendekatan arkeologi yaitu mengkaji benda-benda peninggalan sejarah untuk dicari fakta dibalik benda tersebut. Adapun hasil penelitian ini mengukapkan bahwa gedung museum ini memiliki nilai sejarah yang panjang dari fungsinya sebagai kantor pemerintahan pada masa kolonial Belanda dan Jepang serta pernah menjadi markas besar subkoss. Dalam perlawanan melawan penjajah terdapat beberapa benda-benda peninggalan seperti lokomotif uap C3082, Mobil Jeep Willys STD 156, meriam kecepek dan landmijn. Semua benda tersebut memiliki histori yang cukup panjang dalam mempertahankan kemerdekaan. Raya Siman, Kabupaten Ponorogo Jawa Timur 63471 E-mail: [email protected] Abstract: One of the traditions of grave pilgrimage that is still carried out by the community is the tradition of grave pilgrimage in Merpas Village Kaur Regency, Bengkulu known as Njalang. This tradition is unique be- cause the grave pilgrimage is carried out jointly by villagers every 2nd day of Syawal. This research is aimed at analyzing the meaning of Njalang for the Merpas villagers from the perspective of symbolic interaction. The research method was descriptive qualitative. In-depth interviews and observations of participants were used as the techniques of data collec- tion. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of Njalang tradition is a marriage between cultural activities and religious rituals that have meaning for the people of Merpas village. Njalang is defined as shared reality, as a tradition that creates joint actions and spiri- tual meanings within pilgrims. This article found something new that visiting the tombs of families and religious figures there are several simi- larities as well as differences in meaning. AbstrakAbstrak: Salah satu tradisi ziarah kuburan yang masih dilakukan masyarakat adalah tradisi ziarah kuburan di Desa Merpas Kabupaten Kaur, Bengkulu yang dikenal dengan nama Njalang. Tradisi ini unik karena ziarah kuburan dilakukan secara bersama-sama oleh warga desa setiap hari ke-2 Syawal.
