Leo Henley Lock Countryside Manager, North & West Dorset NT Introducing Leo Henley Lock - Country-side Manager I am delighted to be *taking up (April 2020) the role of Countryside Manager with the North and West team. Prior to joining the National Trust, I was working for Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT) as Reserves Manager South and East Dorset, leading management of DWT’s Urban Heaths, Purbeck, Portland and Brownsea Island Nature Reserves. From the age of 12 I started volunteering in conservation with a passion for working with people, livestock and habitat management.
