The scope of work for this Contract includes furnishing, installing, testing, training and integration of the ESS subsystems at the 59th Street ‐ Columbus Circle Station Complex into the existing PSIM (Physical Security Information Management System) platform at NYCT Command & Control Center (C3) located at 130 Livingston Plaza. The 59th Street ‐ Columbus Circle Station Complex is part of the New York City (NYC) subway and consists of IND Lines (A, B, C, and D trains) and IRT Line (1 train), and the underground passageways on mezzanines and platforms connecting the two lines in the Complex. The 59th Street ‐ Columbus Circle Station Complex is a landmark station in Manhattan. The new ESS system will be used and managed by NYCT and NYPD from NYCT Central Command Center at 130 Livingston Plaza and the NYPD Command Center.
