Tickets for the event were sold for $10 each and grossed $2,500. Pulama Lanai flew in three chefs from L&L, along with the company’s VP and COO, Bryan Andaya. In addition to supporting a worthy cause, Alvaro Cabanting, Charlie Palumbo, and Claude Huerta those in attendance at the event enjoyed entertain- ment provided by “The Manongs,” and the Lanai Community Council’s Sampaguita dancers. The Frank’s home, which was originally the Dole Plantation’s assistant manager’s home, provided the perfect setting for a wonderful way for Lanai residents to help victims of Typhoon Haiyan.
