CALLING ALL ANGELS TELECLASS CLIFF NOTES I. What We'll Be CALLING ALL ANGELS TELECLASS CLIFF NOTES I. What we’ll be covering on the call a. Two of the four ways of connecting with your angels b. Why NOW is the best time to connect with your angels c. How connecting with your angels will benefit you d. As there is a lot of information to cover and not all of it can be covered on one call, I will be making an invitation for those who want to learn more later in the call II. About Sandra a. An Interfaith Minister – part-time minister at the Muttontown Unitarian Universalist Fellowship on Long Island, NY for 9 years b. A singer-songwriter – writing custom songs and healing music for groups and individuals c. A sound healing practitioner – studied with Dr. Molly Scott, Don Conreaux and Jonathan Goldman d. Currently interning to become an Intuitive Angelic Miracle Healer, with teacher and mentor Sage Taylor Kingsley Goddard Calling all Angels Cliff Notes Page 2 of 7 e. I came from a fundamentalist Christian background, but after my marriage to my first husband ended, I started questioning my concept of God and how I believed God operates in the world. f. I had always believed in angels, but kind of figured that they only made themselves known to certain people or in emergency situations. Several years ago, I was taking a class called Angelic Abundance Activator, taught by Sage Taylor Kingsley Goddard, which involved doing intuitive journaling. When I was journaling one day, I used this technique I had learned for communicating with my Higher Self, known as alternate hand writing. With this technique, you write a question with your dominant hand and then allow the answer to come through your non-dominant hand. I wrote out my question and then the answer came through, “We are your angels and we want to talk with you.” Well, naturally, I was astonished and at first I thought I was making this up. But as the conversation continued, it became clear that the angels were communicating with me and wanted to have a regular relationship with me. I have come to learn that our angels are always around us, and they do intervene on our behalf if our mortal life is in danger and it is not yet our time to transition. But they are also ALWAYS ready to communicate with us and to serve us for our highest good. In order for that to happen, we have to invite them in and communicate with them. They have explained all this to me in the time since they first started communicating with me through my journals. Eventually, they also let me know that they wanted me to use this connection I have with them to help others. So at first I would share messages I had received with them with my friends from the Angelic Abundance Activator group. Later on, I started giving Angel Readings. Some of the results that have occurred in people’s lives after doing readings with me have been striking: One person was at a low point in their life and career and received angelic encouragement. Now they are going back to school and developing their gifts to serve others. g. I have been blessed to have the angels communicate directly through me when I give readings, which you might call “channeling.” Now Calling all Angels Cliff Notes Page 3 of 7 they are guiding me to also help others learn how to connect with them, too, which brings us to this teleclass. III. How Angelic Assistance can help you and how you can use it to improve your life a. Since I started communicating with my angels on a regular basis, I have had a greater sense of clarity, direction and purpose. While I still face a lot of the same issues that everyone else does (fear, anger, occasional health challenges and so on), I know that I only have to ask for their help and they always comfort and guide me. I know that I am never truly alone in the challenges I face. b. For the most part, the biggest challenges people face are due to how we feel about our circumstances more than the circumstances themselves, so knowing that we have Angelic Support available to us makes a huge difference in how we feel and are able to deal with whatever may be happening in our lives. c. One client I worked with left a job she was unhappy in, ended an unhappy marriage and began traveling the country as a result of our work together. d. Additionally, when you are tapping into Angelic Guidance on a regular basis, you can avoid many, many pitfalls in life and also improve your circumstances greatly by asking for help with the activities you are already doing or are considering doing to make life better for yourself and your loved ones. e. For example, let’s say you are trying to sell your home, but the market is down. When you ask for Angelic Guidance, it doesn’t matter what the market is doing! You will be guided to the right people and the right places to market your house so that selling it becomes a win-win for everyone! Our rational minds may have us acting from fear, but with Angelic Guidance, we can see beyond the outer circumstances and experience peace and trust, knowing that all is working out for our good. IV. Why NOW is a good time to connect with your Angelic Guidance a. All the “bad news” that you hear on the evening news and over the internet are powerful indicators of the shifts that are happening on the planet Calling all Angels Cliff Notes Page 4 of 7 b. By tapping in to your Angelic Guidance, you are connecting to powerful forces for positive change that will not only impact your personal life, but will also help you to become the powerful force for good that your soul was designed to be c. When you tap into Angelic Guidance and shine your light, you are making a positive impact on the world and assisting in human and planetary evolution V. Two Ways to Tap Into Your Angelic Guidance a. Before I go into this, the angels have some important information they want you to know. i. They are truly with us and around us all the time. They were assigned to us before we incarnated and we will meet them when we transition from this life. ii. They desire to assist us along our soul’s path and no request is too big or too small. iii. In order for us to receive their help, however, we need to ask for it. While they can and do intervene in cases where our we may be in mortal danger before our soul’s contract has been fulfilled, it is up to us to maintain a relationship that allows us to hear their guidance. They will never force any human being to work with them. b. So what are some ways to make contact with your angels? i. Journaling As I mentioned, my angels contacted me (or more accurately, I first heard them) when I was writing in my journal one day. Make sure you are in a quiet place and give yourself some time where you won’t be disturbed. A candle, some incense and soft music or whatever is soothing and relaxing for you will be helpful, too. Think of this journaling as if you are writing your heart-felt prayers and questions to God. This is about you sharing with the Divine what is utmost on your mind and heart right now. If you have specific questions, write them out as clearly and simply as you can. Please keep in mind that I was using journaling as part of my spiritual practice, so even though the angels contacting me was a surprise, it did not happen overnight! While it’s entirely possible your angels Calling all Angels Cliff Notes Page 5 of 7 could start communicating with you right away, please be patient. It takes time to grow a relationship. Your journal is a great place for that to happen. You might also try the alternate hand writing that I was using. Write out your question(s) with your dominant hand. Sit quietly until you feel an answer, and write that down with your non-dominant hand. The reason this works is that your brain is operating differently when you’re writing with your non- dominant hand and is more receptive to intuitive messages. ii. Prayer There are angels in just about every spiritual tradition and they are definitely not religious! So when I talk about prayer, this is not the “begging” sort of prayer. One of the messages from the angels is to remind us that WE are Divine Beings of Light also and in order for our prayers to be effective, we need to come from that place of power. While we may sometimes feel uncertain or even powerless, the Angels want to remind us that we are not. They are here to assist us, but not because we are helpless without them. Think of prayer as a conversation and also as an invitation. It’s a good idea to invite the angels to work with you. Let them know you want to connect with them. Ask them to be with you and to guide you. Let them know you are ready to listen and ask them to speak to you in ways you can understand.

  • Fortify a 40-Day Mixtape for Lent
Fortify A 40-Day Mixtape for Lent Sing to the Lord a new song, for God has done marvelous things. Psalm 98:1 Introduction Lent is the purple penitential season. A forty day walk in the wilderness. It begins with a call to repentance and with a reminder of our mortality (Matthew 6: 1-6,16-21). Along the way, we hear the stories of Nicodemus (John 3: 1-7) and the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4:5- 12). We bear witness to the healing of a blind man (John 9: 1-47) and the resurrection of Lazarus (John 11: 1-45). These forty days conclude with the drama of Holy Week and the climactic joy of Easter. Jesus has set his face towards Jerusalem with a cross on his back. This very human and holy Jesus has very human and sinful disciples straggling behind – folks like us. The road to Calvary is filled with trepidation and hope, pain and healing, love and rejection, life and death. And then life again. So, plug in your earbuds! Here is a 40-day, 40-tune mixtape for Lent – a playlist with an aging hippy vibe. The songs are both sacred and secular and cross multiple genres: folk, blues, rock, gospel, Celtic tunes and spirituals. Featured artists include the likes of the Byrds; Peter, Paul & Mary; Patty Griffin; the Wailin’ Jennys; Rhiannon Giddens; the Blind Boys of Alabama; and Birdtalker. Each day’s song is listed with its performer and lyrics. You can listen by following my playlist on Spotify: Fortify, A 40-Day Mixtape for Lent.
