Foreign Exchange Control Board Regulation No. 1 January 18, 1951 The Regulation concerning Reports of Foreign Exchange Banks (Foreign Exchange Control Board Regulation No. 12, September 30, 1950) shallbe partiallyamended as follows: i Chairman of Foreign Exchange Control Board KIUCHI Nobutane In Article3 paragraph 4, the "Form E 5440" shallbe amended as "Form E 5441", and the phrase "The Report shallbe prepared per each shipping document and, ir≫casewhere the import has pre- viouslybeen paid by remittance, shallhave entry to that effect"shall be amended as the phrase "The Report shall be prepared per each shipping document", and in the same Articleparagraph 5 the phrase "in case of remittance for payment for import prior to arrival of shipping documents, item and the source of the import shallalso be entered" shallbe deleted.
