Located approximately 0.7 miles from 21161 Victory Blvd. at Oxnard Street, Westfield Promenade is a shopping mall currently anchored by AMC Theater, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Corner Bakery Cafe and United States Postal Service.

The proposed $1.5 billion mixed-use project, called Westfield Promenade 2035, aims to create a “downtown district” for the San Fernando Valley.
