This presentation will be about how an Adirondack Lake Association has successfully Sewer District Meeting managed Eurasian Water Milfoil, an invasive species also present in Woodridge Lake. Goshen Players Spring Production “Two By Two,” a musical based on the Clifford Odet's play, "The Flowering Peach," is the hilarious rendering of the story of Noah. The book is by Peter Stone, lyrics by Martin Charnin and music by Richard Rogers. On his 600th birthday, Noah receives a message from God, which changes not only his life but those of his family and the world forever. It’s a story that will charm and delight audiences. April 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 & 25 at 8:00 pm April 12 & 19 at 4:00 pm 5th Annual Shane Kinsella Memorial Run This 5 mile run and 2 mile walk help raise SIDS Awareness and will be held on Saturday, April 25th, 2015 starting at 11:00 am at Camp Cochipianee (291 Beach Street, Goshen, CT). T-shirts, refreshments, and age division prizes will all be part of the fun. Runners, walkers and strollers are always welcome. A shortened kids “Fun Run” is also available for children wishing to participate in the event. Pre-Registration: Individuals - $20.00. All ages and hiking abilities welcome. If you haven’t been on our trails yet, this is a great starter hike. Saturday, April 25th 1:00-4:00 pm Family Earth Day Celebration. The first Earth Day was April 22, 1970 and more than ever we need to remind ourselves how fragile and amazing our planet is. There will have fun kid activities along the trail. Wear closed toed shoes and sunscreen and be ready for adventure. Clean 2 B Green Event at Woodridge Lake Spring is fast approaching and soon the daffodils and tulips will be popping through the earth. However, as expected, the effects of winter have left their mark with debris strewn in the gulleys and on the roadsides of Woodridge Lake. In anticipation of spring soon to arrive, we have planned a neighborhood event for a spring cleaning of the outdoors here at Woodridge Lake. As a vital member of the community, we are asking for your participation. On Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 9:30 am we will meet at the Woodridge Lake Club House. The WLPOA will provide plastic gloves and bags. The plan is to dispatch people out to different parts of the subdivision (a map will be provided) to pick up trash and liter found on the side of the roads. We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful and special place, and we appreciate your help in keeping the environment around us pristine!
