"We've had our best year yet," says Keith Willingale. "We harvested ten tonnes of grapes from our three varieties here. Last year that was eight tonnes, and the year before we had around six and a half tonnes. So it's getting better each harvest."

Keith grows three different white grapes at Noah's Ark: Bacchus, Schonburger and Seyval Blanc.

While they are sweet grapes, they are not renowned for being good 'eaters', they're better for making wine.

"We wanted three grapes to blend together to make a single wine, but when there is excess we turn it out as a wine made by a single grape."

The wine blended from all three grapes is called Cloud Nine and recently picked
