2 Charting a course to our future requires that we first know where and who we are in the present. The Chicago History Museum’s workforce—trustees, staff, DISCOVERY volunteers, and interns—represents a diverse pool of talents, professional experience, personalities, and backgrounds, yet we CREATIVITY are united by a shared set of values.
