When they left from home Rekha wore pink colour long top and Rakicha wore orange colour long top and also getting their mobile number 8817499030 was switched off. Where in stated that 8 years back she got married with Shaik Ishaq S/o Shaik Ibrahim, age: 33 years, Occ: Store Manager at Lenskart optical at Malkajgiri and blessed with one boy age about 7 Years. On 02-01-2020 she got to know that her husband was chatting with one girl (her husband colleague) by name Santhoshi, when she asked her husband about this matter, he started quarrelling with her and same day they came to Bollarum Police Station and Police has given counselling to both, but he never changed and again he started chatting with the same girl. On 04-01-2020 at about 18:00 Hours her husband left from home without any intimation to any one and kept his phone (8686961509) Switched off. They searched for her husband in all possible places and local areas, also enquired in their relatives and neighbours but they couldn’t find her. Till she waited for her husband and today i.e., on 08-01-2020 lodged a complaint. Hence she requested to take necessary action.

Brief facts of the case are that on 07.01.2020 at about 0600 hours the complainant’s husband by name Ramu Yankappa Sriram S/o Yankappa Sriram, age: 35 yrs came to Citizen hospital, Nallagandla from Gulbarga by train for seeing his younger mother in the hospital. His younger mother was suffering with ill health and admitted in Citizen hospital for treatment. After seeing his younger mother he left to home from hospital. At about 1700 hours he called to the complainant and he informed to her that he drunken toddy, she replied to him come safely. After some time her husband mobile was switched off, he did not come to home so far. Since then, the complainant and her family members searched for her husband in all possible places but in vain. Hence, he requested to file a complaint on missing of his wife. Therefore, HC 8129 requested the Inspector of Police, PS Afzalgunj to register a case basing on this phone call. The brief facts of the case are that the complainant stated on 07.01.2020 at about 1655 hours son of the complainant/missing boy named by Dhanunjaya Venkateshwar reddy, S/o R Venkateshwar reddy, Age 17 years, Occ: Student, studying (Intermediate I year at Sri Chaitanyan Jr college, Nizampet) left from college hostel without any intimation to the college staff and didn’t return back to hostel not to home till now. The complainant searched for his son/missing boy to all surrounding possible places, inquired with friends and relatives but couldn’t found any identity of missing boy. The complainant made phone calls to missing boy’s mobile number that 9172614020, but it was getting switched off. So the complainant requested to take necessary action. BRIEF FACTS:
Facts of the case are that the complainant’s son by name Gorantala Santosh Kumar, S/o Rama Krishan, age: 27 yrs, and he was suffereing with thyroid and also Physically & Mental un-sound. On 07.01.2020 in between 2030 – 2100 hrs, complainant’s son picked up quarrel with his mother and left the house by scattring all items hear & there. The complainant searched for him at all his known places, relatives, railway station, bus station but he could not get any useful information. In which he stated that, in the year 2012 the complainant married one woman Farath Sulthana Aged 22 yrs, after the marriage they both started leaving in a joint family, at north lallaguda, they have blessed with three childrens, after six months they started leaving at Moulali, the complainant daily in the morning used to drop their childrens for school at Sithpalmandi, and in the evening the complainant Father Mohammed Shijaur Rahman who stay at Near Jamia masjid, North lallaguda, bring the Children’s from the school and he drop at their residence at Moulali and leave, on 06-01-2020 at about 0945 hrs the complainant dropped his wife at her parents house at North lallaguda, and he went to his office on his job purpose, at about 3 PM he called his wife and asked her to go to his parents house and take the childrens to her parents house, at about 0315 PM his wife went to his parents house, took the children and left from her mother house, at about 03:17PM she told to her mother that she will bring their children’s, later at about he called his wife at that time his wife phone switched off, later he called his mother-in-law and asked about his wife, his mother-in-law informed him her daughter said that she is going to bring the childrens and she did not return so far, nor she went to his parents house to get the children, at about 1730 hrs the complainant came from office and went to his mother-in-law house and enquired about his wife and came to know the facts and he searched for his wife in known places and relatives houses and friends houses he could not possible to trace out her as such he requested for necessary action. Facts of the case are that the complainant Sri Telugu Nallanna is a resident of 2nd Railwaygate, Gadwal. Coolie is his profession. He have two sons and two daughters. Telugu Varalaxmi, Age: 19 years is his younger daughter. Regularly at around 0900 hours his daughter Varalaxmi left home for coolie works in Radhakrishna Oil Mill by an auto of H.Babu and return to home at about 6-30 PM. On 8-1-2020 his daughter Varalaxmi was at home and on same day night time at around 9-30 PM after having supper he and his wife slept at hut which is located nearby his house and his daughter slept at his house. At around 10-30 PM when his second son Veeresh returned back home from Bhaskar Traders and found the doors of the house opened, he went inside the house and found Varalaxmi disappeared. His son informed him about disappearance of his daughter Varalaxmi at home, immediately he verified at home and made enquiry by calling to his relatives, also enquired at bus stand, Railway station and surrounding villages for his daughter Varalaxmi but in vain. He added that his daughter wore Rose color top and leg-in, approximate height of his daughter was 5Feets and 2 inches. The complainant show suspect on H.Babu, Auto Driver, r/o Parumala village of Gadwal Mandal (Cell No.9550287230), due to searching for his daughter he delay filed this case at this PS and finally the complainant requested to take enquiry and trace out his daughter.

Pittala Chinna, in which he stated that he is a auto driver and his wife Pittla Sujatha, age. 30 yrs was doing flowers business at Vivekanada statue, Medchal. Every day she went to her work at 0600 hrs and returned to home 2100 hrs. On 23-12-2019 at about 0600 hrs he left the house to go to Tupran and on the same day at about 2100 hrs when he came back to home, he noticed that his wife was not in the house. PS Phone - Brief Facts of the Case IN THE COURT OF THE FIRST CLASS MEGISTRATE OF JUDICIAL AT MAHABOOBNAGAR HONOURED SIR, The facts of the case are that today I.e. on 07.01.2020 at 1400 hours the complainant by name Singdas Laxmaiah s/o Balaiah, aged:69 yrs, Caste:Madiga, Occ:Mason, R/o:1-7-29/6, Patha Thota, Mahabaubnagar, in which he stated that he having fertility with one son and two daughters and all are got marry. On 06.01.2020 noon hours at about 12 PM his wife Smt.Narsamma, aged: 65 yrs, Occ:House maker, R/o:patha Thota, Mahabubnagar was left from their house without intimation to their family members and where about not known. Further he added that his wife working as house keeper at Mahabubnagar town. He searched for her wife but not traced. Further he added that his wife having 5’ 2” height, round face, medium complex and weared red color saree. As such the complainant requested to probe into the matter and do justice.
