立 法 會 秘 書 處 Legislative Council Secretariat 新聞稿 Press Release List of news media organizations authorized to use TV/Radio Rooms and Workstations in the LegCo Complex ************************************* The Legislative Council ("LegCo") Secretariat announced today (July 15) the lists of news media organizations authorized to use the TV/Radio Rooms ("TV/R Rooms") and the Workstations at the Press Room ("Workstations") of the LegCo Complex. Pursuant to the decision of the LegCo Commission, the LegCo Secretariat invited news media organizations licensed or registered under Hong Kong legislation to apply for the use of the TV/R Rooms and the Workstations on 29 June 2011. The deadline for submitting applications was 11 July 2011. An assessment panel comprising LegCo Members and senior staff of the LegCo Secretariat is formed to assess and consider the applications. At its meeting on 13 July 2011, the assessment panel decided to authorize the following news media organizations to use the relevant media facilities. List of news media organizations authorized to use the TV/R Rooms: Asia Television Limited; i-Cable News Limited; Digital Broadcasting Corporation Hong Kong Limited Hong Kong Broadband Network Limited; Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Co. Limited; Hong Kong TV International Media Group; Metro Broadcast Corporation Limited; PCCW Media Limited (NOW TV); Phoenix Satellite Television Co. Limited; Television Broadcasts Limited; and Radio Television Hong Kong (Radio). List of news media organizations authorized to use the Workstations: AM730; Apple Daily Limited; China Daily (Hong Kong Edition); East Week Magazine Headline Daily; Hong Kong Commercial Daily; Hong Kong Daily News; Hong Kong Economic Journal Co. Limited; Hong Kong Economic Times Limited; Metro Publishing Hong Kong Limited; Ming Pao Newspapers Limited; Oriental Daily News; Sing Pao Daily News; Sing Tao Daily; South China Morning Post; Ta Kung Pao (H.K.)
