To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 10.3 elects Jonathan Morgan (Conservative) as a member of the Children and Young People Committee in place of Angela Burns (Conservative).

NDM4559 Dafydd Elis-Thomas (Dwyfor Meirionnydd)

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 10.3 elects (Conservative) as a member of the Committee on Standards of Conduct in place of Brynle Williams (Conservative).

14.21 Point of Order Peter Black sought clarification from the Presiding Officer on what terms Members should use in naming political groups or government administrations. The Presiding Officer referred to his previous rulings, that Members should refer to political parties by their correct titles, which are the names under which they are registered with the Electoral Commission. In relation to government administrations, Members should use the title by which the administration has chosen to be known.
