Luas Cross City Traffic Information Temporary Closure of Left and Right Turn from Westmoreland Street to Fleet Street To facilitate works required for the Luas Cross City Utility Works Contract on Westmoreland Street at its junctions with Fleet Street, it will be necessary to change traffic movements in the area. For a period of 2 weeks from Wednesday 18th March 2015, the right and left turn from Westmoreland Street to Fleet Street will be closed. To facilitate access to the Fleet Street Car Park, Townsend Street and other local access to Fleet Street the following diversions will be in place, as illustrated on the map overleaf. (D1) Access to Fleet Street Car Park and Local Access to Fleet Street from Westmoreland Street 1. On Westmoreland Street traffic should continue straight ahead staying in the left hand lane 2. Turn left at the next set of traffic lights, onto Aston Quay 3. Continue straight ahead on Aston Quay, staying in the left hand lane 4. Take second left onto Aston Place (D2) Access to Fleet Street Car Park from Bachelors Walk 1. On Bachelors Walk traffic should take a right turn onto O’Connell Bridge 2. Continue straight onto D’Olier Street 3. Move to right lane and after junction with Fleet Street take right turn onto College Street 4. Turn right onto Westmoreland Street 5.
