He has become not only a supervisor to this project, but also a mentor in my career. Professor Flink has given me countless advice in my career and taken me under his wing during my time at Mizzou. He has been patient with me and helpful every step of the way. He is always supportive and someone I could continually count on throughout my time at the University of Missouri and will continue to entrust in my career upon graduation. Second, I would like to thank Professor Jon Stemmle, who has given me an endless amount of guidance throughout my time at Mizzou. He has been someone who I could continuously go to for advice, both academically and professionally. Professor Stemmle too often allowed me into his office without an appointment and was ready to answer any question I had and would help in any way he could. He was always a great comfort and support throughout my time at the University of Missouri. Finally, I would like to thank Ms. Kathy Adams for her guidance throughout all of my master’s degree program.
