We’re looking forward to greeting you soon at one of our beautiful resorts. As you browse through this Triptivity by Wyndham Catalogue, you will find each resort listed alphabetically by state, with a description of the resort detailing what makes it special, lots of photos, representative floorplans for one- and two-bedroom suites, and the features you can expect to find on the property. You can also check clubwyndham.com for more information about area activities, average seasonal weather conditions, and maps and directions. When you see the AVENUE COLLECTION icon on a resort page, this indicates that the resort is located within the city center. The suites and kitchens may be slightly smaller, parking — if available — will be limited, and there may be a cost for parking there. However, these resorts are in close proximity to everything that makes a city great: shopping, dining, nightlife and cultural attractions. Booking Your Vacation There are a few important things to remember about reserving your vacation with Triptivity by Wyndham. • You can start booking your vacation by calling 866-265-8788 (Monday-Friday 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 9 a.m.- 6 p.m. ET) once your electronically signed Vacation Certificate is returned to us. • Your arrival dates can begin as early as 15 days (30 days for Florida residents) from the date your electronically signed Vacation Certificate is returned to us. • Your Triptivity by Wyndham Vacation Certificate is valid for 12 months from Enrollment Date. • If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must call us at least 15 days prior to arrival, or you will forfeit those nights. • If you own a 7-night Triptivity certificate, you can reserve seven (7) consecutive nights at a single resort, or you can break up your stay into a three-night stay plus and a four-night stay either at the same resort or at two different resorts. • If you own a 4-night Triptivity certificate, you must reserve all four consecutive nights at the same resort. Although there are no black-out dates, keep in mind that reservations are first-come, first-served and availability is not guaranteed. We recommend reserving your dates as far in advance as possible for greatest availability. During Your Stay Check-in time at our resorts is 4 p.m. The resort staff is committed to providing our signature Count On Me!® service, which means that you will receive the same great experience as our owners while you are with us. You will be required to present a photo ID and credit card at check-in, as you would expect at any hotel or resort. During your stay, you may be invited to attend a timeshare sales presentation at the resort, but there is no obligation on your part to attend in order to enjoy the benefits of your Vacation Certificate. Relax in your suite, use all of the amenities and recreational features on site, or venture out to discover the local highlights. Remember that you will always be able to store and prepare meals in your suite, if you so desire. The roomy living and dining areas, separate from your private bedroom(s), allow you space to make family time more fun and rewarding. There are in-suite washers and dryers at most of our resorts, and there is always Wi-Fi. We do not allow pets in our resorts, with the exception of service dogs. Our resort staff can direct you to local boarding for your animal(s), if you call the resort prior to your arrival. Check-out is before 10 a.m. At that time you will need to settle any charges incurred during your stay. These may include local taxes, resort fees, and incidentals of a personal nature.
